Okay, new attitude towards this store…I must admit, I’ve over looked it for years, not sure why?!
Nice store, home goods to outfits, and everything in between. Good prices. Friendly staff.

My go to store for my husband’s dress clothes! Good selection, good prices! Also, if they don’t have your size in store, they’ll order it for you and ship it for free! They have a wide variety of sizes, colors, styles etc on suit jackets, pants & shirts!

I got my hair done by Veronica in the JCPenny Salon yesterday. She did an absolutely fantastic job and I’m so happy with how my braids turned out! I’ve had troubles in the past finding someone who does a good job, but it’s like she read my mind in what I wanted and delivered it like a dream. Thanks Veronica!

Great prices for several things! Today, we had to get a Suit for me, to wear to our youngest daughter's wedding in 10 days! It has been a little difficult to accommodate my prosthetic leg & we went in thinking I was going to need the pants tailored...So Thankful we found a matching suit & the fit of the pants were Perfect & needs NO Alterations!! Thankful to say the least! This was my first time to the location. We just moved to Vancouver, WA less than 3 months ago & I haven't got to make it out much since my health took a Wrong Turn! Lol
This was a Nice chance to get out & things were very clean & seemed that management & employees actually Take Pride, to keep it nice!

Going to JC Penney's takes me back to my childhood, and mom took us to go shopping for school clothes. The store is clean, well lit, and the merchandising invites you to check it out. This is the time of year when stores are transitioning from winter to spring and can sometimes seem chaotic with no rhyme or reason to merchandising. I didn't find this to be the case, with signage in place and easily understood.

I recently had the opportunity to experience Jc Penny’s customer service and I must say, I was highly impressed. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a positive experience. I had a few questions about a product I was interested in and the staff was more than happy to answer all of them in detail. Even when I needed assistance with a return, the staff was accommodating and helpful. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received and would definitely recommend Jc Penny’s to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Hate the fashions right now but love the jewelry department. I Usually find what I'm looking for but overall, it's one of my favorite stores.

Got a couple nice suits here that fit well off the rack (which is unusual for me) and we're very reasonably priced.

I recently came to purchase two beautiful bracelets for my fiance and i to wear. The service was sweet and honorable. They had a really great sale and they honored the seemingly low prices. I wanted to put my bracelet to the test and wore it everywhere. I wore it to work and i broke it while moving really heavy materials... They have a this really great policy for 60 days and i was able to exchange it for a brand new one and the gentleman who helped me really went out of his way to find my receipt, in the system, as i had confidently thrown it away. Im happy to have this beautiful bracelet to match my future wives and its all thanks to them.

This JC Penney is a very nice store. It is bright, clean, and has good inventory for clothes.

Stephanie is an excellent stylist and very personable and fun. My 88 year old mom got her hair colored and Stephanie was very accommodating with us. Thanks Stephanie.

Merchandise displayed well and space to move through the area easily. Very clean. Had to look a bit for the check-out desk, but the employee who helped me was very pleasant and efficient.

They had a great deal on pants. 50 dollar pants for 30 dollars. In almost all styles and sizes. Im tall (6'2") and was able to find my size...which doesn't always happen. Customer service was great and they even told me that I can order online and pickup in store to get any size, style, and color. Great deals on other items as well. Will be going back for sure. Gotta check it out.

I always find something to buy at penny's. They have excellent prices and good selection. Buy a couple shirts my husband and some nice going out clothes for myself. Please stay open! They closed the one in east county and I used to go on my lunch everyday! Loved it!

Great. Ask about shorts sale & was explained & confirmed. Checking out i waited a minute 🙂great conversation with cashier clerk. Asked her about Memorial sale said the items i just purchased may come down more in price & i should save my receipt tags & get additional mark down🤗um okay will do!! Now that's customer service!!

Loved it, it's a department store like I remember them.

Great customer service. Ordered several separate orders and the associate helping me had a lot of patience and a kind demeanor while assisting me with picking up my orders. Loved all of my items. I never regret my purchases. Great quality. Love shopping on sale days!!
