Office Depot is the best place for all my printing, equipment, bubble wrap, ledgers, invoice books, office furniture! And the people who work here are like friends! They know me and greet me like a friend! The prices are the best in the area! I don't shop anywhere else!

I was treated so well, they gave me a chair to wait for less than 2 minutes as Truman was on his break, he greeted me with a big smile and was so concerned about my computer and had it fixed the same day. Such awesome service and I will definitely go back.

I've been using Office Depot for years. My latest visit only reaffirms my belief they are a great office supply store. They have a great selection of products and very helpful people to assist with projects.

I had a special color printing project for a large event and was under a tight deadline. After doing a test run, Brennon patiently talked me through the changes I needed to make in order to achieve my desired results. I then went back to my computer made the changes (which stressed me the hell out even more!) and then submitted the wrong file on accident. I was a hot mess! I called the store to ask how to handle it. Again, Brennon helped me in my panic and went above and beyond, rather than just saying ‘cancel the order and that’s all we can do,’ he had me email the corrected page to him promising me he’d handle it himself the following day. Then he prepared my final product even better than I expected! In today’s world, superior customer service is hard to find, but Brennon delivered big time and deserves a positive review. He more than earned it! Thank you Brennon. I’m so grateful and my programs are amazing!!

My wife finds something to do in the stationary's section while i look over the electronic devices, so we both enjoy ourselves, so it is a pleasant experience.

I had placed a same day order for some business cards, and didn’t realize OD closes at 6 on Sunday’s… I got off work at six and got there by 610. Eric and Brendan stayed and helped get me my order! Great customer service.

The workers there are super nice at assisting you. Even when you feel like you are being a hassle to them. I had a print job that needed to be expedited and the guy at the print shop assisted me on how to place an order online. He even showed me how I can find coupons for printing. He was even willing to expedite my order. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I called inquiring about some prints I had procrastinated on creating and the gal on the phone was so kind and welcoming. Once I arrived she was helpful and compassionate. As stood waiting for her to help during a busy time in the day, I couldn’t help but cry as she was helping me print for my father in laws memorial. Her helpfulness and compassion was so helpful in a world where most people are in a hurry and unkind.
I was also blown away with how kind and friendly the manager was with everyone. Even during the midst of business with lots of people to help, these two gals were beyond helpful!! Thank you so very much ladies.

I have never had such an amazing experience in an office store. As a small business owner, I've bought many printers over the years and for some reason this Epson ET-15000 was nothing but trouble. I also travel a lot for work and i was just past the 90-day return date. I was going to have to drive this printer that I don't even like to a manufacturer's service center in Portland and wait and wait. But I decided to come and talk to the manager Wynter. She was AMAZING. She was able to return the printer and I bought an even more expensive one from her and had it set up and printing great quality in 15 minutes. She even brought the printer out to my car. She made a customer for life today! She should get a raise. Amazing active listening and it turned into more revenue for the store and an extremely happy customer!

I love the fact that I always find what I need when I shop here. Dani is the store manager, and she saw that I was waiting in line at the checkout yesterday, and checked me out right then, even though she had her arms full and was obviously busy doing what appeared to be several things at the time. So friendly and professional, as are all the customer service people I have dealt with in the past. Nice folks and great products.

I’m new in this area so I was a little reserved in using the Orchards Office Depot for tech service. I was so impressed with both the personal and professional services that I received from the store. Truman’s easy going and friendly personality put me right at ease. I’ve had other issues with my computer since then but Truman took care of them with a smile and never made me feel like an idiot in making those mistakes or asking stupid questions. Thank you Truman and the whole staff.

I went into the Fourth Plain location looking for an office chair. David S. was very helpful. We picked out 3 chairs. He showed me each of the chair’s features, and he was very patient as I tried out each chair. And they were all on sale! I left with 3 leaflets to take back to work and decide which one to get. I decided on the gaming chair. It was ordered and arrived quickly! It’s all set up in my office and I really like the chair!! Thank you David S. for your great customer service!!

I have been going to his location for a year now, mainly for my printing requirements. Sierra, in the Print Department, is consistently a huge help. Yesterday I went there to print one document, and had some technical difficulties. Sierra tried to resolve it on the public machine, but was unable to. She simply asked me to email it on their behind-the-counter system and took care of it. Each and every staff member at this store is so pleasant, approachable and helps customers without the usual - 'I'll be right with you!' approach. Huge thanks to the team!!

We had a great experience at Office Depot store this morning, (a great start to our day!)! The Store manager, Dani and her team were very friendly, helpful in finding what we were looking for.
