This is the place! Birthdays and all occasions. I always find what I need and a little something extra. Great variety of party goods with a balloon bar and life-sized cutouts of celebrities and characters. Color coordinated streamers, plates, napkins. Party hats galore. They also have a great seasonal section, with costume rentals at Halloween. Halloween central all year round - everything from masks to bag costumes and makeup.

I had no idea this amazing location existed, until I almost lost my life on the crazy hwy, and had to be pushed by ODOT by my bumper, which landed me here in the parking lot of this super cool location! Ta’heck with party city’s and whatever else, this store has SO much to offer in the way of party time! All my party supply needs will be made here! Amazing staff, great supplies, super cool location… definitely will be back!

I came in to decide what color combination for the balloons I wanted and it was great they have a large section where you can blow them up yourself and decide, that was very helpful. So when i needed my balloons I called in my order, told them what time I was picking up and it was that easy. Great staff, great store, made my visits very pleasant.

Went here to get NYE supplies, they have a great selection. Really big store with lots of costumes and stuff

This is such a great party store. They change it up for every holiday. It's fun to walk there on my lunch break and wander through the store. Every thing you need from plates, cards, rentals, costumes and gag gifts.

Lippmans has been my go to place for all my party needs for the last 25 years. And i utilize them for a lot of events that I have planned and of course birthday parties. Always great service!

I am always pleasantly surprised when I go here... Their Halloween section is wonderful , about the same prices as you'd find elsewhere, but in better condition. You're allowed to try on costumes but with assistance. . they have an amazing and diverse amount of products and props and themes for birthdays. They also have an area where you can get toys, trinkets, and games by the pound that is sure to make any kids bday party grab bags a success... The staff is always friendly and helpful and courteous.

Love coming here to find fun decor and get an assortment of balloons. They have all the mylar/foil type letter and number balloons with the option to blow up in helium or air. I found this awesome excavator balloon for my 3rd year old son's birthday. Definitely come here for the wide variety of balloons and decorations to make your celebration lively!

Unique, retro party store experience. You can’t go wrong here if you’re looking at any last second party planning. They’ve got pretty much everything you can think of from birthday, New Years, engagement parties, Halloween, all with the kitschy-awesomeness that makes Portland, well, Portland!

The staff is friendly and the large balloon selection comes in clutch for any celebration.

This place is awesome! They have done so much for the community and are always so friendly and sincere! Can sometimes be a little more expensive than going online but it’s absolutely worth it for the experience of shopping there. It feels like a party just visiting and always has me leaving with a huge smile on me and my friends faces!

I ❤ the costume and wig section! They have Ben Nye, Mehron makeup and Scarecrow vampire fangs and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. SRSLY, these people are EXPERTS. Highly recommend chatting with the folx who work there. They have really specific stuff but not always everything BUT they'll even tell you where to find really niche stuff around town. I really love when small businesses hype each other up like that!! 😤💕 And they have stuff all year and not just Halloween time... that being said, the store is SUPER FREAKING COOL around Halloween when they put out all the decorations, they even have this huge dragon 🐉 it's like going to a haunted house or a theme park!

this is the BEST place in the pnw to get balloons I swear! no other stores seem to have heliums? so that makes me scared I couldn't get any filled for my bday party :( but the employees was so nice and friendly!!! they told me I can bring in balloons I bought somewhere else and they would fill them for me! If I didn't get balloons online I would have bought them there, they had SO MANY to choose from! thanks to lippmans I had a happy birthday!!! :)

This place is a little hidden but well worth the fine. This is a year-round Party Store so you can be sure to find anything you need for any party occasion. We had a random Pokemon birthday party in the middle of April and were surprisingly able to find just what we needed. Special effects makeup, silicone masks, Giant costumes, inflatable costumes, hats, party streamers, balloons, and pretty much anything else you can think to need for parties!

I love any place where costumes and makeup are available year round. Nice party store, convenient location but beware the stairs to the bus stop- their no fun, pretty steep. One of my first stops for party supplies. Design any event you want any time of year and always be prepared.

Great store, good selection, friendly staff. They have a little bit of everything. Great place to go for balloons. Small bridal selection during halloween season, might be bigger at different time of the year. Still found what I needed. Wonderful halloween selection .
