Just wanted to give a shout out to Andy for helping me make adjustments with my boots. It can be difficult to navigate getting the perfect fit for a high performing boot feel. He listened to all of my concerns and made a few adjustments that immediately felt better. I’ll be able to come back again if I’m noticing something else as well which is incredibly reassuring! It’s always great to find an expert you can trust. Thank you so much!

My family has purchased 3 pairs of boots from Surefoot, all w/ great success and I am shortly going to acquire my 2nd pair of boots from Surefoot DV. Over the past 10 years this store has been nothing but helpful and polite. Just last week my daughter purchased her 1st pair of SF boots (Lange Shadow), immediately she was thrilled and skiing faster and much more confidently in the bumps and she is an advanced skier. I see a few negative reviews which seem to be digs vs true experiences w/ SF boots. Not the cheapest, but I’d happily pay approx. an extra $5/day (assuming 100+ski days per pair of boots) for great feeling boots and a company that will stand behind their product and make tweaks if needed at any store anywhere in the world.

Sebastian was great. We rented downhill mountain bikes. Provided friendly service. Most importantly, he wanted to help us to be sure we had fun. Recommend trails and provided tips. Highly recommend. There is a 1/2 day mountain bike rental option which other rentals shops did not offer.

Awesome place! I was able to get my bike fixed multiple times while I was up there. Customer service was on point and it felt like they were genuinely happy to help you get back on the slopes without bending you over 🍑🫲. 12 out of 10 would recommend.

I just replaced my 10 year old pair of Lange Surefoot boots with a new pair of Lange Surefoot boots last week. I thought I was hating my new skis, but it turns out that I really needed new boots. The Deer Valley location might be the best one I've visited, and I've been to a handful over the years to get small tweaks on my original pair. I wanted a boot that would give me good performance, but I also don't want to be uncomfortable all day long. Bill fitted me in the evening, and I skied a few days on them before popping back into the shop for a minor adjustment. Just like with all things custom, they may need a tweak or two after using them. That's my favorite thing about Surefoot - you can adjust them until they are right at any of their locations. (You don't have to suffer with ill fitting boots if you travel to different mountains or you're having some kind of unexpected issue.) Bill also helped place my Carv sensors, and got my heels locked down. I had a great day of skiing today, and my new skis are now responding beautifully! This is the most comfortable and responsive pair of ski boots I've ever owned. If you're looking for a little bit of everything (performance, fit, comfort) then you're a Surefoot person.

Wow...such great service. Kudos Sebastian! We came in with a very bent rotor on our son's mountain bike and thought it would take quite a while to fix. Sebastian was able to have us out the door in less than 15 minutes with a new rotor installed and running great. He did a flawless install and was super kind.

Great team, great service—we are in the “growing pains” program for my 12yo; he needed some boot adjustments; and Sean worked very patiently with him until we got the boots just right. We really appreciate it!!

It will be hard to wrap this up in a bow but I bought ski boots at a Surefoot in PA so when my girlfriend needed to get fitted for boots and I saw that Deer Valley had a Surefoot it was a no brainer. Scotty helped us out and was amazing! He took the time we needed to make sure that her boots fit the way they needed to. She has always complained about her boots hurting. He knew exactly what she needed and we walked out with boots a little while later. That afternoon her dad ended up back at Surefoot to buy boots himself. Both commented that night that they never thought ski boots would ever feel as good as their new boots felt. Surefoot will be our go to for boots and boot related issues for a long long time!

The moment I discovered Surefoot I wish I had found them the day after I learned to ski. I never could find a boot that fit, and the ones that sorta did would ache if they were buckled. Painful if you ski 30-50 days a year as I do. Comfortable all day in top performing boots is a relief - and I ski better and more balanced than ever before. Worth every cent.
