Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria

Walked over here for an early dinner and was happy I did.

I thought the atmosphere, food, and beer options were very good. The pricing was extremely fair and the service was great.

If you need a nice easy spot for a good and reasonably priced meal I would definitely check it out.

Came here off the suggestion of a local and it was phenomenal! Off of our friend's suggestion, we ordered the Fuego Blanco Pizza and the Pollo Pompei. The Fuego Blanco Pizza was my personal favorite, but the Pollo Pompei was also really good. The service was very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Arrived on the busiest Wednesday evening ever, but service was still great, and the food was perfect. I tried a few different things, and I can say with full confidence that if you order anything, make sure it says "house specialty" the alfredo or the chicken piccata hits with the highest flavors one can order. Don't miss this restaurant. Also , you're a thirsty folk order the expresso martini!! It's a tasty little bev!

Wow! What a great find next to our hotel. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. I had the steak salad. My coworker got a pizza. We ate all of it. Recommend.

The pizza was incrdible as they used a brick oven! When we return to Park City, this place is definitely a return spot! Thank you!

As someone who has lived in Utah most of their life, I gotta say this place has the best pizza in the state. The traditional pizza is 10/10. Love the slightly charred undercarriage. Best part is the tomato sauce they put on it. So much flavor! Overall, this place has a really nice vibe and the staff has always been friendly. Also, the QR code on the check is genius. I’ve never seen that before but it made paying the check super fast and convenient.

this was a lovely location. We stopped in for lunch. Fast service. The pizza just amazing!!! The salad delicious. Must try the lemon dessert!!! Would absolutely be back.

We had an amazing meal at Fuego. The food there was super delicious and we had the Best server, his name is CHIP. The coffee machine was busted but Chip went above and beyond and prepared us a batch just for us. I have a few friends with dietary restrictions involving eggs and had to ask Chip multiple times to ask the chef is certain dishes had eggs in it. He was excited and had the best attitude with our somewhat annoying yet important requests and I just loved that about him.
Definitely would recommend this place for it amazing food and amazing servers.

We are visiting Utah and this was closest to us to stop and we got there 15 min early before they opened and I asked them if we can go inside since it was cold outside and they let us in early and because of us they opened the restaurant early and that was just amazing. The stuff super cool, the food so yummy. This place for sure will be on my list to go eat since it felt like authentic Italian pizzaria. Their service in this location is so top notch. I appreciate for letting us early, you people are amazing in Fuego Bistro.

My absolute must-have whenever I’m in Park City! The service is excellent, the food is tasty and filling, and the prices are fair! I usually get their Fettuccine Alfredo pasta with chicken added as extra. But honestly, any of their house specialties are definitely worth a try!

Best restaurant we went to in Park City. Reasonably priced with amazing service. Food was amazing. Went here twice during our stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting or locals. Would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Customer service on point, even though the lady was all by her self. Food was delicious, fresh and portions are big. Great variety of pastas on the menu, not the same old. The lemon dessert is truly something special. I wish I lived closer to go back and try other dishes. 100% recommend!

Even on a busy night, we were still able to get a table in less than 10 minutes. Our server Raul was very attentive and friendly. The food was served quickly and the food and drinks were delicious.

Fuego pizza has always been so amazing in regards to customer service with my clients who have cognitive disabilities. The waiter we frequently get assigned even remembers some of their orders and food sensitivities! I would give the 10 stars if I could. We love their food and their kindness!

Loved the chicken Alfredo, creamy but light with well seasoned chicken. The margarita pizza was also really good, fresh tasting basil and mozzarella, perfect to share between 2 people. Staff and cooks were extremely fast despite it being full of people. Great experience!

We had such a great experience at Fuego! The food and service were amazing. We had three different pizzas, dessert, and coffee. Everything was outstanding. Service was great as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great place to eat without breaking your bank. Alot of places your well over $100 for just 2 people in Park City. We could've fed 4 people easy with our order. The Mozzarella focaccia bread was great. Pizza was solid. Ravioli my wife loved. Service was great. Good place for family on a budget, but not a budget taste.

On our drive from the airport to the hotel, Treasure Mountain Inn, I began to look for a restaurant since we were starving. I googled and looked through so many Park City, Utah options, pictures, ratings, and read many peoples reviews. We decided on Fuego’s to be our first food experience while vacationing in Park City. I’m a vegetarian and my boyfriend really wanted a steak. Even though there are many steak houses in the area, we chose Fuego’s for their wide range of menu items. Pizza, roasted artichoke’s, pasta, seafood, steak, chicken, many different kinds of salads… delicious!! They have a full bar, also. The big screen TV had a sports game on and the atmosphere was clean. I didn’t utilize the restrooms on this visit, but you can choose to sit at the bar or at one of their many tables. They do not have booth seating from what I noticed, but the food was great! They even place a small plate with a spoon to scoop up grated cheese or crushed red pepper as you feel needed. My boyfriend ordered the steak with veggies and spaghetti, as he saw someone’s picture posted about this dish and he enjoyed every minute of that! I got the fettuccini Alfredo and garlic bread. You can smell and taste that this is definitely homemade and cooked with care. They have a Fuego’s homemade pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce, too. We didn’t try the pizza, but would like to before we leave town. Park City, Utah is definitely a foodie’s heaven! The prices here weren’t too bad, mid-range, and well worth it. We ordered two beers and extra garlic bread for his steak dinner. Total bill was $60.00. We visited last night at 8pm which was an hour before closing. The food came out surprisingly fast and the restaurant had about four other tables they were servicing at the time we ordered. It was a short drive from our hotel room, but would have been a 30 minute walk if we had chosen to do that. Fuego’s was located nearby shopping and other restaurants inside of a plaza. Very close to a fresh market grocery store to pick up groceries for the way back to your hotel if you desire.

I thoroughly enjoyed the focaccia bread and the ravioli. The sauce on the ravioli was amazing. I tried some of my husbands pizza and it was light and delicious. We had good service and loved the lights and decor. We'd come again.
