The UPS Store

Have had nothing but good service from this UPS Store, which I use often. The owner (who I dont know personally) is always courteous with me, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes busy, but to be expected! Im not sure what store these complainers are going to, but cant believe it is the same store near Kroger in Winchester I always go to!

Our hometown UPs store is amazing! I have never had a problem and in fact, I mail all of my items from here. The owner, Crystal has helped me so much over the years , that she has become dear friend to me. I have had shower invitations done all the way to shipping fragile items...I highly recommend them!!

Always friendly! Never have an issues with my shipments. The poor guy today felt bad my box cost so much to ship.

5 Stars to this UPS location! I have multiple accounts at different UPS locations and this is one of my favorites. Crystal and her team always go out of their way to assist. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews, I’ve never seen any staff member be rude to a customer. Yes they have policies and rules, just as in any business and society. They shouldn’t have to stay late on Saturday because you forgot they close early on the weekend. By the way, UPS doesn’t even pick up on Saturday, so waiting till Monday won’t hurt you. By now everyone should know to tape your boxes ahead of time or pay to have them do it. It’s not their responsibility to give you things for free, they are in business for profit. Love you Winchester UPS, just ignore the haters. :)

The woman that runs this store is always positive, and the service is always perfect. There is always a line to the door when I stop there, and as busy as she gets, she is still so polite as are the other employees, too. I've gone in stores in the past and the employees act as if you don't exist. Well done Winchester UPS Store!

I have been in the store several times over the last few years and have always been very pleased with the service. Wish there was one like it in Mt Sterling, KY.

I would like to give 5stars to the UPS store in Winchester Kentucky that is managed by Crystal Young. I have received excellent service every time I go which is alot to send my packages and I get pictures of my granddaughters picture ran off there and they are perfect. I have sent my family and friends there because I know the service they will be receiving and the quality of service they are getting. This store has brought joy to the customers of Winchester because we don't have to go to Lexington to mail off things and miss deadlines they work hard to give you high in quality service they know you by name and your treated like family and I take off my hat to the workers and manager KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WE ALL IN WINCHESTER AND OTHER SURROUNDING AREAS APPRECIATE ALL YOUR GOOD SERVICE. Always top notch service when I use our local UPS store. I feel like at times the store is understaffed but Crystal takes care of each customer in stride and in a timely manner. I appreciate everyone's hard work at this location.

I had a package that was already labeled and ready to go. They got it processed and got me a shipping receipt quickly and with a smile.

I see some negative posts about them enforcing the mask mandate. To that I say, it's their house, put your mask on!! You come to my house and you WILL be taking your shoes off, same difference.

Crystal owns one of my favorite stores in all of the area! We have most of our labels for our businesses printed there, and our customers always stop us to comment on our packaging and labeling. I love being able to just call or email the store and have them run batches of my labels in whatever quantity I need -- even a single sheet! I do all of my shipping with them, because what is easier than just carrying it in and letting them figure out the packaging and labeling? I love that there's a list of people I've shipped to before so I don't have to fill out my labels every time. As a business owner, I have learned that time is money. The UPS store saves me money and time!!

Crystal the owner and her staff have always treated me like a valuable customer and assisted me numerous times over the years. I have utilized the following services: UPS and USPS shipping, pack and ship, public notary, rented a PO Box, scanning, faxing and printing/binding services.

We have this office help us regularly ship for us .
They are always courteous and very kind .
