Took a while to figure out the problem, but Bo stuck with it until everything was resolved, while being helpful and friendly throughout. Several other employees helped out as well. A good experience overall!

We had a less than ideal experience at a different location, making us consider canceling our service after being customers for well over 10 years. After coming here, Callie and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us and correct all mistakes. Making us feel appreciated at customers once again. Forever coming here if Callie gets a promotion. Seriously though she was awesome.

Jasmine and the entire staff at this location were more than helpful. I had trouble locating a device that was needed urgently. The item was out of stock at many locations but she found one and had a staff member willing to go pick it up. When I arrived at the arranged time to setup the device I was met at the door and helped immediately. We were on our way in less than 20 minutes. My wife even came in with no appointment to have a new phone setup and she had the same experience. Thank you to all the staff at this location!

I had the best customer experience! The gentlemen waited on me, from start to finish, took care of all my service needs and problems. In fact, he went above and beyond! I now have a contract with at&t once again, after saying I never would. Well, he customized a plan just to fit my needs! I am now a loyal customer again! Thanks to the great customer service I received! 😀😀😀

This store is amazing! They’re always so helpful with different phone options and plans that are available, and the store is always clean inside and out.

My husband and I came in to the store to upgrade his phone and inquire about another service. We were assisted by Deniece and we could not be happier with the service we received. Not only did she go above and beyond to find the very best deal for us, she did so with a smile and a laugh the entire time. Their system locked up a few times but she stuck with it and never complained or appeared frustrated. We had wonderful conversations while waiting for things to process and I genuinely felt like she took an interest in our lives. I will definitely return to this store for any further needs and will be requesting Deneice, both for her excellent assistance as well as to catch up with my new friend.

Had a wonderful experience at this store today! I came in with some questions - needing to upgrade my plan and get two new phones. Daphne was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ran into a small issue on the account and she had to call AT&T to get the issue resolved. She was so awesome working on this issue and updating me on the progress as it did take some time to get fixed. Updating your phone can be a little stressful, but with Daphne I knew I was in good hands. I left the store very happy! If you are heading in I would recommend talking to Daphne if she is working. I did chat with other employees and they were nice and ready to help. The level of service and attitude was amazing. This was the best AT&T experience I have had in a long time.

COVID-19 note - the store is doing a great job with PPE and social distancing for everyone in the store.

Salesman was VERY knowledgeable of the products, sales, etc. I had a very pleasant experience. I was in and out in less than an hour with a brand new phone, case, screen protector & charger!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Deneice did a great job! She and Ryne are both excellent at their jobs. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have both been a huge help to us the past couple of times we visited the store.

Khalil Dunn is an exceptional representative for AT&T. He’s very knowledgeable, informative, and regardless of whether you decide to upgrade/purchase a new device right then from him or wait his kindness never waivers. If you need to update your phone/cell service, purchase a new device or accessories, stop in the Winchester, Ky AT&T wireless store and ask for Khalil. Service with kindness is just one of the great reasons you’ll be glad you stopped by. If he can save you money he will 😊

Callie was a very big help today! She was able to get us switched over to ATT without any issues!!!

Daphne was great!!!! She was very professional and answered all the questions I had as far as navigating me through the set up of my phone. I would recommend her to all of my friends and associates.

Super nice staff and great customer services. The employees are very friendly and do their jobs well. The service is good, went through 5 carriers before we found one that geta good signal at our home. Highly recommended to all! They take good care of you as a customer
