AT&T Store

Bailey helped me and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, quick, and insanely friendly. She was professional and made the headache of switching providers and buying a new phone easy and stress-free. She’s a lovely person and I would recommend her to anyone. If anyone reading this has the power to reward her for her hard work or compensate her financially, she is very deserving. My decision to switch to AT&T was made easy by working with Bailey. She’s a wonderful representative for your company and I hope you hire many more like her.

The help at this store site was excellent. Bailey was great. However AT&T customer service on the telephone failed to take care of our problem even after talking to 3 different people. The last one did help some but the first two had to send us to someone else. Hope you have better luck if you ever have a problem!!

Met with Bre to upgrade my phone, because my current phone would not charge. Bre was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, they did not have the phone that I wanted in stock. I was really worried that my phone would die before I could get the one that I wanted, but Bre was able to fix my current phone!! I will still upgrade and will only do so with Bre, who saved the day for me.

Bailey was the one assisting us, and she was really friendly and thorough. Super job helping my family as we had several different lines we needed help with. She explained everything clearly, and gave us a very pleasant experience.

Yesterday, Brandon was very helpful with advice on how to save on my Direct TV bill as well as setting up a new phone & transferring data on an old phone. Today, I had one small issue to take care of which Bailey did in just a few minutes. The AT & T store on Hwy 54 made this transaction very easy.

Brandon helped my wife and I upgrade to 2 new iPhone 15’s and helpful in finding accessories to go along with the new devices. He was helpful and patient throughout the whole process. 👍🏾

I was helped today by Keegan at the Hwy 54 store in Owensboro. I can not say enough how impressed I am by his knowledge, helpful attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond. So rare to find that level of customer service these days...I felt like a Rockstar!!
Idk what his salary is, it doesn't really matter, because whatever it is, he deserves more!!! Thank you so much, Keegan!!

FAST FORWARD 5 MONTHS, AND THE BILL I WAS TOLD WOULD ONLY GO UP @ $20/MONTH WENT UP BY $100/ MONTH!! THAT IS DOUBLE MY PREVIOUS BILL!!
I WAS TOLD IT WOULD INCREASE SLIGHTLY DUE TO THE PAYMENT TOWARDS THE NEW PHONE I BOUGHT THAT DAY, AND THAT I SHOULD KEEP THE SECOND LINE BECAUSE THE BILL WOULD BE THE SAME WITH OR WITHOUT IT.
I HAVE SINCE MOVED AN HOUR AWAY, SO I CALLED TODAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. THE FIRST TIME, I WAS TOLD SHE WAS AT LUNCH AND TO CALL BACK IN 30 MINS. WHEN I DID, I WAS TOLD SHE WASN'T THERE THAT DAY. WHEN I DISPUTED THAT, I SPOKE TO THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE ABOUT MY ISSUE. SHE ASSURED ME THE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK. SHE DIDN'T. I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE STORE HAD THEIR PHONE SET TO TRANSFER ALL CALLS TO A CALL CENTER!
I'M HOLDING OFF ON SAYING ANY MORE IN THE HOPES THEY DO THE RIGHT THING BY ME AND FIX THIS. WE SHALL SEE.

Bailey at the 54 AT&T store was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond for our family to make sure we got service started and the phones we wanted! We will definitely be asking for Bailey next time we visit! Bre was also very helpful and so nice!!

Great sevice. The employee was courteous and professional. Another customer in the store was having a high speed come apart because she couldn’t get what she wanted, and he was graceful and a real pro. Moved them along and and waited on us quickly.

Make sure you go see Bre! She shared promotions, great product knowledge, and ways to save money on our bill. We were afraid they wouldn't have the phone my dad wanted, but after a double check we were able to leave with everything we needed. Bre, hands down, has the best customer service and down-to-earth attitude. She was a joy and I hope she continues growing with company, AT&T is lucky to have her!

We went to upgrade my husband’s phone & not only was it in stock, but Kyle and Nick were able to adjust our plan so we were receiving the best price & service for our needs. The employees at this store are phenomenal. They treated us like friends & they were so kind to my five year old daughter. We’ll definitely be returning to this store for all our future upgrades. Eric P. and the staff had the answers we needed and helped in a timely manner. He even saved us money by helping us get what we needed for less. The entire staff was treated everybody who came in with professionalism and Eric P. was great to work with.

I showed up to buy some accessories and products. I found what I wanted with the help of Bre, she really helped me and told me the prices and the quality of the product. Very please!
