I am an enormous fan of this store for its many services. But on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, I found a new reason to like and respect the Chestnut Hill Walgreens store. At roughly 3:30 PM, I made a purchase at the register, and brilliantly left my wallet on the counter. At 5 PM, I came back, extremely worried, and was very happy to see that the man at the register was the same guy who had waited on me 90 minutes ago. Did you happen to find a wallet? He smiled, and said, Yes. Let me call the manager. The manager brought the wallet forward, checked my name and address, and there I was 100% whole. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

He took the time to find a discount for my prescriptions, a kind young man, very patient and knowledgeable, in addition to that he always has a smile on his face when he is helping someone.

I absolutely love this Walgreens!!! There are actually two locations that are closer to my house, but I don’t mind driving a little further because of the warm, and welcoming customer service. It’s also very clean, and always organized. I also love seeing Yolanda! She’s always so helpful, and super sweet. If I could give more than five stars I would! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I had a medication that was out of stock at my local Walgreens, and multiple other locations. It wasn’t until I called the Bethlehem location that I finally spoke to someone who actually took the time and concern to help me find a solution. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Had to make a quick stop at this Walgreens. I have never been to this location but the cashier (didn’t get her name, but I believe she’s Hispanic) was so upbeat and kind. She put a smile on everyone’s face who was in line. My advice to management would be to give this woman a raise for her customer service.

Kathy and team who do the bloodwork are friendly, efficient, and expert. Quick turnaround, even as a walk-in. Good experience all around.

1st time getting blood work done at Lab Corp. Great experience, staff friendly and helpful. Will be back.
