BJ's Wholesale Club

I really like being able to go shopping once a month and get everything I need at once. It gets a little expensive but just knowing that I am well stocked and won’t run out for a while is well worth it. There is always a variety as well as new items to try. The only thing I don’t like is the grumpy person checking receipts when we leave. I understand it needs to be done but they could be a little nicer about it.

Very happy with our local BJ's. Excellent variety and staff is always friendly and helpful. Their online ordering now includes the ability to buy cold items which is amazing. You can pickup in store or they will bring it out and load it into your car for your. Keep up the great service!

Great vibes and good customer service! I do not live in the area but my child was attending a party at SkyZone and I popped in to kill some time. My coupon didn't apply at checkout via the app, the customer service agent provided me with a cash refund of $2, didn't even have to wait in line (my BJ's always has a long line for customer service). Then on my way out when the employee checks your receipt I had myself a great chuckle with the TWO Johns -- or John Squared. The gentlemen made my day! I've shared with friends and family how kind, warm and friendly the staff was and wished I lived closer. Highly recommend.

An excellent place to shop because the prices are great and you can scan your items as you put them into the cart so it avoids having to check out at a register. Also the employees are really nice especially the fellow who checks the barcodes at the exit

You can really get your bang for your buck at BJ's...no joke. And, the produce is outstanding...especially the Super greens...I highly recommend you check it out!

Best experience ever! I was in a bind and needed to get refreshments for a charity dinner for the homeless that evening. I did not own a membership card and I needed to buy a lot of refreshments. I called the representative the graciously told me that I can get a 3-month trial run and be able to still use this card to purchase refreshments for the homeless that we were feeding that evening. Them Services representative made my experience very pleasing to know that they also care about the community.This impact will go a very long way and I know the homeless individuals that we will be feeding this evening will be very appreciative!☺

The other day I was at Walmart to get some clothes. I couldn't believe the attitudes that were given to me simply for asking questions. Asking to enter a dressing room the employee angrily said, "your lucky I have a key" and added how it wasn't her job.

Contrarily, walking into BJ's, bias not included, I was warmly welcomed and even so, before I entered by a deli guy on his way to work. He let me know where to go in the store to accomplish what I was there to do. Being the jovial guy I am it was a pleasant experience talking and accomplishing what was needed. I'm sure to feel comfortable going back.

If it's not your go to place to shop, it should be.

I’m so happy to be a Bj’s Wholesale Club member!! This membership really came in hand during the Covid virus challenge.

I became a GrubHub driver during the quarantine after being laid off from my other job and Bj’s really helped me save money on gas ⛽. I put 30,000 miles on my car in 2020 and buying the gas here I think I saved hundreds if not a thousand dollars 💸 compared to buying gas at the Wawa down the street!

I also feel so grateful for the kindness and friendliness of the staff at the Oaks Warehouse. Every time I come it feels like I’m being greeted by family, who really care that I get everything I need as easily as possible!

The employee Chris was a champion today as I shopped and bought 6.1 Gallons of water. He ran in an instant when he saw me struggling to carry the heavy item and he out of his way to grab a cart for me. This was great awareness on his part to recognize someone in need and make an instant decision to offer assistance!

I recommend Bj’s for the great prices, the great selection of premium produce and healthy frozen items! It’s worth it completely to pay for the year membership as you will find the best value!

This is the only BJs we have in our area. Items are reasonably priced. Loved their monthly coupons system. We do our bulk shopping from here. They also have gas station which we use mostly. Items are well organized. They have great stuffs in clearance section too. Staffs are very nice & helpful.

I have been member of two other big box stores in the past, but this is by far the best. I get rebates of 2% that actually pays for the membership fee. And their meat and store brand products are almost all as good as the name brand. The Oaks warehouse is big and bright and always fully stocked.

Express lane staff are so helpful with scanning large items. Always well stocked and easy to shop. One thing I will say is Demo people act shy. No eye contact or any offers for samples? They are trying to sell products right?

I didn't think I would like the club concept, but I got the 90 day free membership to try it out. They have clothing items, large quantities of paper and plastic food containers. Do the math to see if the price for something will beat Walmart. I don't need a 4 pack of spaghetti sauce for 5 or $6 from a club store when I can pick up the two jars I need for only a buck each at Walmart or Aldi. They did have 3 lb packs of sliced cheese that beat Aldi's price, so I got that for the camping trip but bought the deli meat at Aldi. They do have large packs of 1" thick steaks that I can't find at Walmart. I divide the pack and freeze the extra for another meal. They have gas that is usually lower than the surrounding gas stations. You just scan your club card first before using your credit card as other stations. We also found a stand up Paddleboard that we are happy with. It came with the paddle and a Kayak seat so we can have a spare kayak should we need it. I think I will renew my membership at the end of the trial period. I have a coupon for 50% off membership.

Don't mind coming this way to find some stuff that is sold out at other BJ's. The place is usually cleaned, not over crowed like other BJ's.

Convenient location and good prices on items we buy in bulk. Even if busy, check out lines typically fast.
