Great customer service with the staff. I visit this location often to ask for advice and recommendations and they are always spot on. Just the other day the fella in the painting section gave some really good advice on the proper stain we needed. Overall very helpful and that's why we keep returning.

My husband and I went to the Oaks, PA store this evening to pick up a few items. John Savit was extremely helpful and friendly! He went out of his way - and out of his department - to help us find the right screws and washers that we needed for a DIY project that we are attempting to do. He even tried to understand my mixed-up descriptions of said project and still came up with the right items we needed! This man deserves a raise and a bonus just for dealing with us instead of turning tail and running for the nearest exit!

In search of specific hardware, namely nuts, bolts, and wall anchors, I visited Lowe's and found exactly what I was looking for. The store's staff members were amiable and accommodating, providing me with valuable assistance throughout my visit.

If I could award 10 stars I would, Lonnie in the carpeting area was amazing absolutely awesome so helpful and so positive and upbeat it was crazy thank you for making it a great experience keep up the great work.
He went above and beyond help me find what I needed then walked with me to the front of the store to make sure the price was the proper pricing on it on a sale item. Thank you Lonnie, I would hire you in a minute for my salesforce.

Just made huge orders and I typical don’t do this at Lowe’s because of the poor customer service I get but today was outstanding. My man Frank helped me figure out what I needed, helped load up 48 planks and we super nice about giving a helping hand. Also the wood quality is very nice this time through. After today I’d love to use this Lowes em for every job!

I purchased a Ego Snowblower. I was helped by two associates with getting it into my vehicle. In case anyone wants to know if the Ego 28" Lowe's item #5285247 will fit in a 2023 Kia Sorrento. It will if you take it out of the box and push the unit in from the Lowe's forklift off the bottom of the box.

A good home improvement store. You should be able to find your home decorating items here along with the tools to install them

Came in to replace a few appliances in our new home. Patrick from appliances was fantastic in assisting us with our purchase and arranging our delivery and installments! Probably the least stressful step of getting into our new home. A million thanks to Patrick!

My experience at Lowe’s in Oaks Pa was wonderful. In the flooring department Lonnie Griffith who is the Sales Specialist was absolutely the person I needed. I was very confused about the flooring and Lonnie did more than I expected. He took his time and his very experience. Anything I asked him he knew exactly where to go and where to find it. Bought kitchen cabinets through Lowes in Oaks. I worked with Jeff and he was awesome. I had a small kitchen that was tricky to design for. He worked with me, took the time to design exactly what I wanted and was available to me every time I had a question or concern, even after purchase. Bernard who installed my cabinets was truly a stand out. I had many contractors in my whole house renovation and he was by far the best. Thorough, prompt, easy to work with, communicates well and attention to detail. I can say enough about how pleased I am with his work. Best experience in my house renovations.

Bought paint for my daughter's room. Valspar is excellent paint. Covers easy.

Found an AC in the app that was listed in stock. Couldn't simply just grab it off the shelf and required assistance. Tom in customer service made that happen after several calls to other store associates. Roman came, found the product, got the necessary equipment to get it down as it was on the top shelf. Big shout out to these guys if they weren't there this could have been a completely different experience.

As home improvement stores go this one is above average. Store has been clean and orderly whenever I visit. It can be a little intimidating due to the shear volume of items they stock, but far more often than not, they have what you need at a fair price. Well managed.

Gerard, in the appliance department, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, spent time looking up different models, and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision.

I always love going to Lowe’s. This one had a great wood section along with decorative pieces for furniture making. Lots of great selection of planks and boards.

Avery in flooring was spectacular, I had a not so good experience in another store so I decided to visit the oaks store and I was not disappointed. Avery was patient and friendly and explained my options thoroughly, Avery showed us multiple options and made us feel like we were of top priority, this will be our Lowes of choice for the future!!!

Incredible Employees!

We had an issue with the quarter round from our floor install, 1 1/2 years later and the store manager, Fred, was incredible. He completely understood our issue and helped to resolve it in no time! I would highly recommend this store just for the friendly staff and the service we received. Fred went over and beyond with us! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Let me just start off by saying, I literally drive past 2-3 Lowe’s stores just to go to this Lowe’s in Oaks. Unless I need something quick, I’ll drive 30-40 minutes to this Lowe’s rather than the one 10-15 minutes down the road from my house.

For a Home Improvement store, it’s remarkable how clean and organized this location is. Along with how friendly and helpful the employees always are. You can tell the employees at this store location really cares about their job, because when you come across a store location where they don’t care, you’ll be able to tell the second you walk through those front doors.

This Lowe’s in Oaks is without a doubt, highly recommended by me. From all the countless number of times I’ve been here, I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience at this Oaks Lowe’s.

It's a Lowes store, they are always helpful and friendly. Easy to find help when needed. A call to the store to check inventory takes to many steps, but the brick and motor (the people) of the store is solid.
