The Home Depot

There is something very special about hardware stores that excited some consumers and Home Depot is the King of hardware stores in this community. I
Went for garden center goods and paint
And looking around was fun. The staff were helpful and the prices were about right.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who don’t ask you every 5 minutes if you need help. Clean and organized store.

Nice place to shop for almost anything. Bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, carpeting cleaning supplies paint brushes, refrigerators Christmas decorations outside and inside. Candy. Big things and little things. Go shopping and have fun!

Large selection. Very helpful personnel. Very clean store.

Big props to Wade Howell at the BG home Depot. This guy was on his game loading 150 sheets of sheetrock into our box truck.

This is your typical home Depot. They have a very extensive inventory. Prices are a little high but that's to be expected in today's economy. My only complaint is the garden center is sparsely stocked. However I think it's more that customers are buying stuff up quickly. Then it is the store not stocking enough merchandise.

Brett cut my lumber like a boss today, double checked sizes for me and was even so helpful as to point out one long crack in one of my 2x4's, saving me a ton of time and hassle. Satisfied customer.

The people were very friendly, helpful, quick, an the most important thing to me is thier personality and their humor and I've been there like 8 times in the last month and it has been spot on I have never laughed so hard when I went shopping there because I'm putting together a craft room and they have been so helpful and I've laughed so hard and I bought a drill and peg board to put things on my wall and I mean they've just been so helpful and they explain everything so there is no confusion and they asked me do I have any questions I mean it has been really great shopping there and I'll be back because I need some more peg boards and probably more tools so I would just want to say thank you home Depot... And after the room's done I will take a picture and show you with me in the picture also so thank you again home Depot and everybody out there reading this go to home Depot great prices and very nice people. 👍👍💕

Awesome experience each and every visit! The staff is so knowledgeable and experienced. They all are also very happy to share that knowledge and patient when I don't catch on right away.
Toni was my cashier and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I look forward to shopping now and that was not always the case for me.

One of the nicest Home Depots I've ever been too. We were working out of town and this was the local Depot to the job. For the most part the staff was very nice. With one exception. An older women who was the associate in flooring and window coverings. She was very rude. We need 40 boxes of life proof flooring and they only had 26 at this store. Which was no big deal, but she was just plain mean. We just went to another HD bout 20 mins away. I still gave this location 5 stars because it's not there fault they have a mean old lady, I'm sure when the boss is around she is nice as pie!

One of my favorite stores. Never thought a five year old girl would have a favorite store, let alone it be home Depot. Stores clean, friendly people working there......they have what ya need. Good store

I had several items I needed today, Greg went above and beyond to help me find them & explain which product was better. Customer service like that is hard to find. Thank you, Greg!

Had what I needed to finish a repair to my central air conditioning and a small plumbing job. Everything was easy to find on my own. Especially like this store. Checkout went smoothly. Cashier was very friendly. He complimented my wife's earrings,saying he normally works in the paint Dept, so he noticed the shade of purple. As with most places you go, the quality of the experience is directly related to the people you interact with. BG has a great Home Depot!

I really like this store. They pretty much always have what I'm looking for and have some pretty good help in the plumbing area. They often have some good clearance on tools if you can luck out. I also like how they are good with returns. It's a smaller HD store, but still very good.

BG Home Depot has really nice employee's and the store is always clean. I go there often. They re-paved the parking lot in 2021. Very nice now. Self checkout is always working

I had a bad experience with the door department and I tried to divorce this place, but they have everything I need, so, I keep going back. Except for that experience, they are really friendly and helpful.

As owners of a contracting company loyal to Lowes for ten years, we moved our business to Home Depot because of the customer service experience that stated with the cashier Kathy. Everyone we met free was helpful and went above and beyond. What’s exceptional, is to see how this is for them, normal. Every customer I noticed talking to an associate was being helped and catered too. Sweet It’s Fixed will be a Home Depot company from now on!

UPDATE: I shop here often. Still love it. I also still use and love my credit card. I shopped here a lot for holiday items. Thry had an large amount of unusual items. I scopped them up. Hoping to find a tree next week. I became a widow last Christmas. Sadly, not sure what the hidays mean to me amymore. But, trying to build upthat lost magic, one piece at a time.

Always have what I need. Love that it is closer to home. I got help from a young woman in the cordless drill area. She was very educated on the tools and was very helpful. I signed up the a credit card. I shop for all my garden supplies there once Spring blooms.

The employees I asked for help didn't hesitate. And the one the gave an answer was very accurate. They even asked for for a young man bringing carts in from the lot, to give one to me. I so appreciated that.

I love this Home Depot. The staff is friendly and available. It seems like people enjoy working there because they are looking for ways to help their customers. If one of the staff members doesn't know the answer, they will call on the radio to someone that can help me and then have that person specifically come and assist me. I've been to other hardware stores where I'm just pointed in a general direction and told "it's somewhere over there". I brought my kids with me one day and the checkout cashier asked if it was ok to give me kids suckers. It was such a sweet gesture. I was able to also snag a small cup of coffee while I shopped. It's the small things that they help with and pay attention to that make this HD stand out!
