This store is so clear and everything is fresh

Peter was a very attentive & personable employee who took care of us by the self checkout. He made it a great shopping experience.

Went only to the pharmacy, they are always courteous and quick. They are always ready to answer any questions you may have.I've been shopping at Jewel-Osco a lot lately. I always find what I'm looking for and they have the freshest produce they also have staff that is willing to help you they will literally walk you where you need to go. Highly recommended. There's some days I feel like I should live there because I end up going there like 3 to 5 times a day because I keep forgetting to buy stuff but they haven't failed me yet.

Good size Jewel, not the biggest produce or health and beauty section, but very nice cashiers!

Now this Jewel has the large floral section with the candles.
Great staff & fast check out. Highly recommend this one. The to go food is always stocked perfectly.

This is actually my least favorite Jewel to shop at. BUT, my most recent experience with the grocery worker James was amazing. I couldn’t find Tzatziki dip, so we asked James for assistance. He took time to help us by looking at various fridge locations. Unfortunately they didn’t have it, but we still left the store happy because of our experience with him. He is a very nice man and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service next to John M in produce who is amazing as well. I always experience great customer service with him and he always gives me the fresh blueberries in the back. The bakery employees are pretty nice as well and are glad to help for the most part.This Jewel should have more employees like these great people!!!

Don't shop here often but had to run in there today for a an item. Somebody stocked all of the product in the wrong place and the price showed $3.49 when it was really $8.99. They honored the wrong price with no hassle. Not all stores will do this. The employee was pleasant and I got a deal!

Very crowed on Sunday lunch time in parking lot and inside. Was able to get 5 items and self check out quickly.

Ample parking, convenient location right next to two major streets. Fresh and affordable chuck eye beef steak and good selection of fresh fruits.

Pretty much your standard Jewel. The bakery is wonderful. The deli always has items stocked. The rotisserie chicken is awesome as well as decently priced. They even have sales on different cuts of steak every couple weeks. I remember I got two USDA choice bone-in ribeyes for $8.49 a piece. They were 1.3lbs each.

This place is the best pharmacy in my view. Long story short, been trying to get covid vaccinated, just by luck, went to pick up my Rx. and was asked if I had plans for vaccine. Someone canceled and they had to use it up quick. You know the end.🙃

There's nothing like a jewel they stack the store very well The employees are very courteous and it's a very clean store just go see for yourself

I went to Jewel this time looking for Gary's quick steak I heard how good they were so the lady they're help me find him she was very nice impatient with me because I was looking for other things too

The two men who served me today, Dec. 08, 2021 were excellent!! I was so glad to get the Me covid booster shot free of charge today at 11:00dermaam. For this reason I've given you 5 stars! Thank you again ❤ Osco pharmacy. CM

The Jewel Osco we go to is in downtown Arlington Heights, Illinois. It's a great location for the people who live in the area. We visit the Jewel Osco at least once a day. Great place to shop and pick up your prescriptions there. If they weren't there we'd have to travel 3-4 miles just to shop for groceries.

EDIT : Prices have gotten outrageous, not just at Jewel, but everywhere. Don't expect any special sale prices anymore but I'll leave my previous review intact.

Jewel-Osco stores are usually clean, well lit and well stocked. There were some specials today on meat and I got a whole, cooked chicken for only $2.00. Wow! I went there to buy one powerade but I wasn't going to spend $1.60 and that would be an extra $ .32 with the Cook County sweet drink tax. I got a 59 ounce orange juice instead for $2.00 special price. I'll be going out to California this month and can get powerade for $.59/bottle. The price of food is just ridiculous these days. It's appalling.

Usually good sales over the weekend. I prefer their deli over any other stores in the area. Good bakery, I always use their cakes for any party I have.

Very clean store friendly staff great prices.

I really like shopping at Jewel they usually have everything that you need sometimes I can be a little high but they always got a sale going on and if you sign up on their website you can get discount on certain foods
