AT&T Store

At&t! Mann let me tell you something! Possibly the best at&t store. I worked here back in the day under Christian and Sylvia and a wonderful crew. Great times even though I got fired for following Devon's footsteps and selling a company phone and saying it was lost. He was a manager so I thought I would become a manager that way as well. Lol oops! If you need great customer service this is the place to go!

I came to the store to get clarity about a change in my monthly bill and to explore new phone options. I had the good fortune of speaking with Justin. He was able to explain what caused the change in cost, the differences between packages and upgrade options. Justin was direct, knowledgeable and it was clear he had my best interest in mind and provided suggestions that best serve my situation and me. The store is lucky to have him on their team.

I had the most amazing experience at the store. The manager Blake was the most responsive and attentive employee I’ve ever encountered. He answered all my questions and really took the time to help me pick out the perfect phone and plan. I couldn’t recommend this store and manager enough! I will only be going here for all phone related questions and issues in the future!

Jessica is beyond amazing so helpful and great follow thru!
She taught me so much and I ended up getting a new phone and a new system for my TV!

I worked with the manager Blake and the representative Yasmin and they helped me set up my new Apple Watch and it was a great experience. Hands down some of the best customer service I've ever received! Will definitely be keeping my plan with at&t!

Updating my review after coming into the store again. Erik was awesome and helped me and my mom quickly set up our new phones! The most recent time I came in Justin helped me and my mom switch over our internet and he was also incredibly helpful, kind, and informative! He helped us so quickly. The employees here are great!

I went into this store to switch over from Verizon. Daniel the rep who helped me was fantastic. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He made the process so easy and painless. I would recommend Daniel to anyone who decides to go into the store!

Very pleasant atmosphere, hardly any wait. Everyone there is friendly and eager to help. Yasmin took care of me. She is wonderful . She resolved all my issues on the spot.

I am writing this review specifically for Justin Degraff. Justin was extremely helpful in resolving all of my concerns for all of my AT&T services. He was very kind and patient with my many questions. I really appreciate all his guidance and support.

I went in to get information on the services because was debating switching providers and was helped by Yasmin. She was so friendly and patient when answering all my questions!
