Klimat Master Pools

We used Klimat Master Pools for our pool and spa build in 2020. Amazing experience. From design to construction, very low stress process. Quality of the pool and spa has been excellent. Couldn’t be happier. But what’s been even better, has been the post construction maintenance and service. Extremely responsive and have handled all our questions and issues with ease. Again, couldn’t be happier. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made

Our pool was installed over 30 years ago. It had been retiled but never resurfaced. The aggregate was loose and missing in places. Klimat removed the old aggregate and resurfaced the pool, replaced the tiles and lights and added safety features, including a railing. They did a Great Job! The work was grueling. The weather was way over the top hot! We are very pleased with the final product. We would recommend Klimat to anyone.

Klimat Master was terrific to work with. We did a full renovation of our in-ground pool which was ~25 years old. The final result is fantastic. KM knows their stuff and it shows. Our pool looks like a new pool and we have peace-of-mind that things were done the right way (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and we're excited to put it to use for years to come. We have been planning our pool restoration. Throughout the process Dustin and Klimat Master have been patient and very thorough and helped us navigate additional work including landscaping and staging the process to coincide with renovation of our home. He is extremely easy to work with and patient in answering all our questions. While we have not completed the work and can’t comment on the final phase we have been very pleased with the process thus far.

We used Klimat Master services in past when we had a pool (pre-downsizing). The service was impeccable, the manager can not be any easier to work with, and the technicians are friendly and thorough.

So, now our daughter is buying a house with a pool. She paid to have it opened pre-closing for inspection purposes. There are many pool businesses in the area, but we called Klimat Master and they did not disappoint.

Okay Their experience and expertise is so evident! They got right to work and had a pool that had been under cover for 2 years and looked like coffee, up and running in just a few hours. Other than the debris that had settled to the bottom, the water was crystal clear!!

Had issues with a pool motor, Greg was so kind and so responsive to help me get my issue resolved right in the height of busy time for pool openings. He is a great asset to this company, wonderful customer service!

The pump to my pool was leaking. I brought the motor in and they helped me take a few parts off to find out a gasket was bad. They had the gasket in stock and helped me replace it right there in the shop.

I wish I had switched pool companies years ago after meeting and dealing with Klimat Master Pools. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel completely comfortable with their service and as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for" and you get quality with this company.

The man who came was polite and courteous,. He gave me a price and estimated time to do the repairs I requested. The price was out of my price range. Will call back when I win the lottery.

He has been diligent at getting back with us about quotes and questions and has been superior with pricing, design, and overal customer service.
