Katherine was a really sweet cashier this evening. It's so refreshing to have such a personable cashier! 10/10 customer service

They had a very decent clearance area. My only issue was that they took out all of the price check scanners so if you had even a question whether something should be on a clearance rack you had to actually go wait in line at the customer service to get a price check. Also, it was hard to find an employee working the floor, but that is everywhere right now. Kohl's will always be my go-to for good deals and quick gift ideas!

I wasn't treated well at check out.I needed the Dress Size ordered. All the associates at front stated they didn't know how to order.I insisted that I am Computer Illiterate so I couldn't order the dress myself.I insisted they should direct me to Customer service.They were friendly and amazing.The Cashiers in the front were not helpful.I would have left and they didn't seem to care.

The selection at the Lexington Kohls at the Hamburg pavilion was very good as was our cashier; very clean store and friendly personnel. Id definitely shop there again..

Wayne at Kohl’s at Hamburg is the best employee there. He helped my sister and I on Monday. He was sent from God!!! I am disabled. He help me and pulled the correct size I was looking for then went the extra. Mile and picked out ties to match the shirts in another section of the store. He then put the clothes to the customer area for us to come back and pick up after my Dr’s apt. Of course I shopped more when I got back. I thank God for Wayne and Kohl’s for having him. He deserves a raise and two weeks vacation!! Thank you Lord Jesus!

Honestly, went there for work and it’s the first time I’ve been in that location and really really really long time due to bad customer service and lack of products however, have turned a new leaf with this location. Very very very nice looking clothes for both men and women from what I could tell great under armor selection, and look like a lot of clearance who doesn’t have a good clearance rack

I was impressed by the professional work of Anna and Mary. Anna was primary cashier, Mary helped her complete my order. Anna did not get flustered by two large carts, grandmother, Mom and three kids. Very impressed by Anna.

Went in around 1 pm no problem navigating aisles to miss other shoppers. Cashiers were masked and sanitizing everything between sales. Displays were neat, and easy to see on regular priced racks. Turned in an Amazon package for return and received a 25% off coupon on in store purchases! A lovely surprise. I wish clearance racks weren't quite as tightly packed to make it easier to see items, so as to have less contact with fabrics that others may have poured over. Not a HUGE problem, just a wish. All in all a good experience. First time I'd ventured out for clothes shopping in 5 months.

Sales person was very pleasant and helpful. She saved me a lot of time in finding items I needed.
