Check your receipt. They like to charge extra items. They fix it, but it has happened more than once. Other than that they are extremely friendly and fix the mistakes

I asked for a refund for the air machine. The associate who took my purchase was ok, but the person she asked assistance from was rude, shaking her head and rudely asked "well what day or time?". I told her this happened last week. I was headed to Pittsburgh and couldn't wait to ask for a refund. The parking lot was full. She gave me the refund and walked off. The associate who served me told me they have nothing to do with the machine outside. Well that's fine,
Just tell me how I get my refund. Not give an attitude.

Obnoxious ads with loud volume on the fuel pumps. No clear way to mute

The law in west va is that if you are a convenience store, you are to have bathrooms available to the public. When I asked, they told me no facilities for public use. That is insane, you all lost about $60.00 in business, between gas, ice, sodas etc.. If you dont have restrooms, you get no money. I think you all need to rethink your ways of doing things.
