Came here shopping with my mom to get her an outfit for a ceremony she was going to the lady who was working and spent about 45 minutes with us picking out outfits after outfit after outfit we finally found the one we wanted she was so nice and so helpful 😁 I will definitely be coming back such great service.

Bravo 👏 Torrid!! This was my very first time in this store and first time buying anything. This will be my #1 go- to for all my clothes, bras, panties!! Both of the Associates Mariah & Christina were absolutely amazing!! Very helpful and so kind. The clothes are 100% sized correctly to fit! I have never had jeans that fit my curves so well!! Torrid is #1 for Plus Size women's clothing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely 10 stars 🌟

Maebe, whose name I will perpetually spell incorrectly, is the sweetest and helped me pick the perfect coverlet for a dress I wanted. She was super kind and sweet! The girl at the register, whose name I forgot to ask for 🤦‍♀, was also very sweet and patient with me as I had a million gift cards and my transactions took forever!
I will always walk into Torrid when one of the two of them are working. 🥰

Love this plus size store. It is $$$ in my book but worth it! Good quality clothes as long as you always follow the instructions for washing. Helpful, and very nice staff.

The ladies are absolutely amazing! They really are super helpful and help with any questions! The store is clean. The clothes are amazing! Very nice made jeans, especially the Skinny Bombshell jeans! This is my main store!

I haven't been so happy about a pair of pants since the late 1990s. They are maroon with zippers and make my bubbly butt look attractive instead of like the rear-end of Winnie the Pooh. I was especially happy since I tried on the 12's I thought were my size and it turned out I was a 10 R. To make matters even better we got in on the last day of the 40 percent off store sale day. They were originally 47 and I got them for about 26 or so. The staff are always the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered in retail.

Im just gonna say i went there for the first time on monday! And one of the workers Megan idk her last name but i absolutely loved her! She didnt care what it took she was finding the right things for my best friend and even started talking to me just to talk.. I have not seen a sales person interact with customers in a long time the way she did with us!! She is awesome ! Deff will be coming back!

The store has been around for awhile however they seemed to revamp their style for the plus size community. I found myself loving quite a bit of their pieces. May be a bit pricey so hit up the sales/clearance.
