AT&T Store

We had a great experience. We were in and out with 2 new phones in 45 min.

It's was an amazing experience to come in to this store. Love the manager on duty Adele she was very knowledgeable of all the products and helped me with my account. Definitely a place to visit if you need help.

Rico patiently spent two hours with my daughter and I to help us out to get a new phone. He was kind and answered all of our questions. Normally I would be worried that he is just trying to sell us stuff, but he helped me choose the best option for me. My daughter was concerned she would lose her messages. But he helped her understand that all of that can be transferred. We truly appreciate everything he has done for us. Would recommend to others.

Me and my wife came in and it was very busy we received help by a young lady Ashlee. Not only was she able to assist us but while assisting she was making sure she assisted others that were waiting. I came all the way to this location because our store on Clinton is closed with being elderly we only trust working with Ashlee she cares about her customers and take her time with each customer. I don’t like my new phone because it’s new but she took a lot of time walking me thru the use of the phone.

Went in today around 6 it was a 45 minute wait however Manny was amazing! Great Sense of humor very patient and took care of what we needed quickly. Manny needs more help, some of the customers are demanding! #sendmannyhelp

As soon as we walked in, the store manager Angel helped us out. Even though it was close to closing time (Saturday night) he did everything we wanted and wasn’t in a rush. Great customer service. My new favorite location!

I went into the Summit Illinois AT&T store and i was greeted by Manny, the store manager. I presented Manny with a detailed list of all of my concerns and he worked diligently until every point on my list was addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. Store manager Manny was amazing to watch as he worked tirelessly as a true professional. AT&T is very lucky to have a dedicated employee like Manny on their customer service team.

This store has been great, especially because of a rep. Matt He is a great rep. explaining everything to me, friendly, and an overall nice guy, I go to him to get all my questions resolved!

The manager Manny assisted me with my transition to AT&T I came from Verizon. He made the transition so seamless while providing me with excellent customer service. All of my questions were answered in very fine detail!
