Kroger

This is a great Kroger. They have hot food that is prepared in front of you, this not the deli but hot food service when you first walk in. The store is clean, brightly lit and very spacious. I have been to other Kroger which have had very dim lighting so it hard to even see items on the lower shelf. The fresh produce was clean and all the vegetables and fruits were nice and not over ripe. I have a great wine selection area and there check out lines are fast and not cluttered. This location I would recommend to anyone passing through Covington GA.

Great customer service and a lot of great deals 👍. Get a Kroger plus card and make sure you use those digital coupons.

Always a great experience here. The pick up here is way batter than anywhere else.

Best Krogers in Georgia. Been going to this Kroger for years. Checkout staff is always amazing and they got great digital deals as well as sushi.

This is a smaller and older Kroger than what I'm used to but the store is well kept and fully stocked. The employees are friendly and courteous. The produce and meats are reasonably priced and fresh and we love their dairy section. I don't get to this store often since it's a little out of the way for me but they also sell top notch Shell fuel and have an excellent loyalty program for gas.

Sharon in floral helped us order our flowers and greenery for our wedding on St. Patrick’s Day. Everything was ordered without any confusion, she helped with our vision and quantity for what was needed, and they kept the flowers and greenery fresh and gave great instructions at the time of pick up. I would use their floral department for amt of my next big events. They helped make our day so perfect

Story time:
My daughter got Student of The Month at school so I went to Kroger at the last minute to see if I could find some cupcakes or something to celebrate her. I went to the bakery and noticed that they are super busy (possibly under staffed). I was looking at the cookie cakes but they were all more for holiday. I guess she caught me out of the corner of her eye and walked over and told me she had some not decorated yet and asked if I wanted one. I was super happy at this point but it got better. At a busy time for them she customized this cookie cake. She asked what her favorite colors were (she even mixed the icing to make the perfect color) and what I wanted it to say. Bless it. I shopped while she made it and came back and it was perfect. It really made my day that she went the extra mile. My kid was super happy. Thanks Tonya! A billion stars if I had the option.

Was in there yesterday and there's a lady in the deli that really made my day... i told her my order and she repeated it back to me.. I needed 2 snacks with 2 thighs.. lolsz she's a firework herself and I just picked up on her genuine kind energy and she made my day and actually walked the food over to me and gave me some words of encouragement during this time. You're appreciated...

Sheraldine is the BEST cashier I have ever seen! She was taking care of the entire personal check out this morning. Many of us older folks do NOT like the self check out. Sheraldine should get a raise for the excellent way she treats people.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pam. She was such a sweetheart and she understood exactly what I wanted. It was very easy thanks to her. I just picked it up and it's beautiful. Not sure if she made it or not but whoever did did a great job. Thanks.

This pharmacy while busy runs pretty smoothly most of time and you still have your pharmacists making sure you understand how to take your RX.! Heidi is the BEST super sweet, tries to accommodate, goes out of her way to make sure you have no problems getting what you need! Charles is great as well! They both make sure my meds stay stocked. Good job to all of you!

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable my first day in town, not knowing the area, I talked to the cashier and she gave me very good advice about different places to eat and shop at. The inventory here seems to be well kept and up to date. the food is fresh and very reasonably priced. Also in a great plaza to get a bite to eat after shopping.

I went to the Kroger on Hwy 278 in Covington & had a wonderful experience! Steve, whom has only been working there for a couple days, went above & beyond to help me! I was going to get my oil changed & I had my 5-year-old son with me who sked if he could have grapes to eat while we waited for our oil change. After picking up the grapes, I asked Steve if Kroger has any service that will allow me to have the grapes washed prior to purchase. He wasn't aware of any such service, so he went out of his way, washed half of our grapes & found a separate container in which to place the clean grapes. I was truly grateful & my son could not have been more excited! Thanks so much, Steve!

Went in early this morning, 5am. All sick but we needed groceries. You know if you are a coffee drinker, it has to be just as you prefer. That's a good reason I was there. I love Dunkin Donuts xtra creamy with sugar. Well I could not find any so I ask a gentleman stocking in the area about some and before he was through he had me some. I got 3. I did not get his name but he deserves something for showing the best customer service I have experienced lately.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very organized and laid out well. Easy to find what you need. The pharmacy is great also I can get my shopping done while I wait.

Anthony in the deli was so much help ordering my turkey this year. He did a fantastic job.

Every once in a while they will be out of a product, however most of the time they have full shelves.
