Kroger

I love this Kroger. I do all my food shopping here. I buy my money orders here when it’s time to pay the rent. I have also purchased some quality things for my kitchen like a strainer, bread knife, cups, and candles. They have an excellent selection of kitchen goods. Customer service has been great. They honored a sale tag that was a couple weeks old. Staff here are very friendly!

I shop here because I like the quality of their fruits and produce. I was horrified when I went to Food Lion.

Was just in there on Timberlake paid for everything with card except bacon gonna pay cash for that didn't have enough on card so anyway nice Kroger employee thinks she's got me steeling the damn bacon lawd she gonna save the world, says all smug like you forget to ring up your bacon I says no paying cash for it so she take over the transaction that damn bacon ain't going nowhere jack, my folks raised me to be good so I just says thank you for to Kroger if you got a minute they got plenty of bacon it on lockdown baby. I just needed milk for Mom. I was able to get in and out quickly with the milk I wanted. The store wasn't very crowded on Tuesday in the early afternoon.

Nice place to shop. Variety of foods. Great wine and beer selection. Customer service is great. Good produce.

I checked out my groceries at such a fast place, I did wonderful, asked for the employee discount but they just laughed 😅

So you see their mission, I must say they do a pretty damn good job, There is no true way for me to ascertain how much local food they use but I would really appreciate if they would added a local food selection. This is the best grocery store in Lynchburg as far as selection and customer service. Its legit, you can get anything and I mean anything!

My favorite Kroger store, love the employees that have worked there since I was a teenager. Kroger pickup in the mornings after dropping my daughter off at school is nice to help knock out my to do list faster. Thanks Kroger!

Just wanted to say a special thank you to Quade. He went out of his way today to help me find the item I was looking for. He paused what he was doing and went to the back to get a newly delivered display and brought it out for me to see if it was what I was searching for...and it was🙂 It was a little thing to anyone else but a big thing to me and I greatly appreciate his kindness!

Very good pickup experience at this Kroger. Associates are willing to go back in the store and add items to the order to meet coupon, sale requirements when out of stock or substitution items nulled coupon/sale price. Good sale prices. Good coupon offers. Thanksgiving meal well supplied by Kroger shopping and store pickup.

So grateful to have Kroger's in the neighborhood! Always smiles and helpful advice and assistance from the staff . Each department is managed professionally. Healthy food abounds here.

Love my Kroger 😍 it's my go to shop for anything I might want need or crave. Love the rewards points system too!! Oh and if you like sushi, go here!!! The man who runs the sushi counter knows his stuff!!! I would for real bet his sushi against any restaurant in Lynchburg, I've tried them all and the sushi at this Kroger is better than any restaurant. The deli is also top tier!! Great selection plus a very large selection of boars head meats and cheeses. Come shop here and join the Kroger family 😁😀😍

Just moved to Lynchburg and the service at this Kroger is exceptional! We are always treated with a kind smile and welcoming atmosphere. They really seem to know what they are doing and appreciate their customers.

Great grocery store with a wide variety of products. They provide wonderful customer service and offer many different services at this location. I personally am a fan of their low prices and wide variety of cheese. Their sushi chef is marvelous and kind. Their all natural/organic section is huge and well stocked. They offer checkout lanes with cashiers and a small self checkout with 6 registers right beside one entrance. There is a click list option where a customer can shop online and then pick up the groceries without having to get out of the vehicle. You can pay and have your groceries loaded by a friendly store associate and save lots of time. This location even has its own gas station and provides a 3 cent discount with a store provided savings card for each customer. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate and the more points you save at the pump. They also provide special deals where you can earn extra points and or free items with this card. Get Kroger-ing today and get your store discount card to start saving more. Did I forget to mention Starbucks is inside! This store is also surrounded by a few other wonderful retailers and a recycling center. You can meet with a friend for lunch or dinner at TGIF or Subway and then go shopping at Kroger. There is also a nail salon so you can get pampered, plucked, and polished from top to bottom before or after you shop. Get to Kroger and enjoy the experience, the friendly atmosphere and convenient location.

Great shopping experiences in store, and using ClickList online. They have all the healthy things we like to eat and seem to be getting more all the time. They have a good selection of hot store-made food (minus rotisserie chicken which they're always out of when we are looking for it in a pinch), and the in-store Starbucks is the cherry on top of the all around great experience.

So glad we ended up at this Kroger. I love most Kroger stores for the selection they have and focus on food. This Kroger was big and well kept. My first experience was at the deli. Hardly a wait and kind employees. A random employee an older lady came up and asked if my daughter could have a cookie and we said yes please. My daughter, who is 5, said "wow that was really nice" Next in the meat department looking for all I needed my 2 year old son was very loudly shooting people with his fingers cute but loud. I asked him to be quiet and he was ignoring me, a man stocking meat walked up with suckers and said "I can help with that" he gave one to both kids they were so happy and it did make them quiet. He also asked if he could help me with anything. Next at check out I had quite possibly the best cashier and bagger. They were polite, fast, and attentive. While we checked out the guys stopped to get my kids some stickers. I told them right there about how happy I was with my experience at their store and they were happy to hear it. I wish I would have taken their names. Thank you to all 4 of those people for looking up and seeing your customers! What a great job by these employees representing their company! We live in Natural Bridge and shop in Lexington. I wish I could shop this store more cause not one store in Lexington has ever made me happy to shop there.
