They have an awesome selection of Cds and records, as well as songs t shirts, posters and other music related stuff. The prices are very reasonable.

There's always a cool selection of new and used records, plus a bunch of cheapie records that will often turn up a gem or three! The staff is helpful and friendly, too. I am always glad I stopped in when I stop by Mother's.

Great shop with a solid selection. Walking in to the shop can be a bit daunting and the smell reminds me of my parents that grew up in the 60s. But the selection is super worth it and the people working there are awesome. I grabbed one hard to find record here and had an interesting discussion with the person working which is always nice.

Never knew about this store until my daughters took me there and I instantly felt nostalgia of my dead touring days. Love this place! Great prices and merchandise !

This was my first record store I ever visited in the Fargo/Moorhead area. The employees make you feel incredibly welcome, too. The record collection is top-notch, with very fair prices. Get your wax on.

It's always fun to see what new merchandise is in stock. I may be one of the only people who still listens to cd,s, but that's cool with me because I know I can always find my favorites from the 90's at Mothers. And lest I forget: friendliest employees in town!

AMAZON has nothing on them. Bringing music and much, much more to masses since Led Zep was around. Store has an excellent selection and something for everyone. QUALITY and PRICING that will keep you going back for more. Locally owned so your money supports the community. WINNING!

Chock full of CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, sick posters and fun stuff to ogle at. Wide variety of music at affordable prices, though it'd probably take a while to find anything specific among the many racks of CDs. Sells incense and meditation aides, some novelty stuff (switchblade comb? Hell yeah,) and various other neat things. Also sells tobacco pipes and papers for the +18 crowd.

Service is laid back and chill, the kind of demeanor you'd expect from a "hippie paradise". I asked a few questions about some of their products, like what the heck a Gonesh Cone is. He explained it was a type of incense and showed me how it worked, and I ended up buying a few. He even gave me a recommendation for a particularly fragrant batch, which I just can't get enough of!

It's really close to both my main bus route, and where I work, so the location is really convenient! I'll admit I passed over this building a lot, thinking it was just some run-of-the-mill gift shop, but it's actually a pretty cool spot!

The best customer service and prices!

One of the if not the only original record store that's still open in the FM. Love the selection. They have just about everything and anything related to music. From Blacklight posters to their fine selection of LP's. Highly recommended.

Everytime i go to mothers whether its for an old vinyl, cd's, posters, or raw rolling papers. I get nothing but good customer service. The workers are very helpful, good people. And the place smells good. Thanks mothers for being an awesome small buisness

Fun shop I like to visit with cool stuff in it. Lots of things to look at qnd explore. Glass cabinet display. Posters. Clothing and mich more. Cds and music stuff plus next door has great food. Fun area in Moorehead MN right on border of ND
