Pancheros Mexican Grill - Moorhead

I had the most wonderful experience today with Tyler, the assistant manager at the South Moorhead Belsley boulevard store. I bought some queso and chips and took them to my car and spilled the queso all over the floor. I went back in and Tyler said oh what's wrong? I told him what happened. He said just a minute. I'm going to get rags and a pail and I'm coming out there to clean it up for you. He is such a kind, thoughtful, young man. Thank you very much. Tyler. I appreciate what you did for me. I told my daughters and they were also very impressed with your good service. Also, it was my first experience visiting your restaurant and the queso dip and chips were wonderful. I will be back.

Had the limited time shrimp in a burrito today and it was incredible! So tasty. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly take their food preparation seriously. Normally I also get their tofusada and chicken which I love too!

So Good, flavorful burritos and friendly Service. Not to mention, BEST QUESO DIP IN TOWN!

The burritos here are always phenomenal. We order for work often and the only complaint is half the time they don't write the names on the burritos like they're supposed to.

This by far my favorite burrito shop in town! The fresh tortillas are perfect, the grilled veggies fantastic, and the queso... enough said. I could eat here every day!

My s/o and I came to this location on 7/30/2021 during an unexpectedly large lunch rush. The two gentlemen working at that time were incredibly positive, professional, and worked quickly and accurately to get everyone’s order done. With just the two of them I was impressed at how well they kept their composer and even made small talk with the customers while apologizing for the wait. Two excellent workers there! I also hadn’t been to a Pancheros before but now I will be glad to go here again :)

Every trip to Fargo, I try to include a trip to Pancheros! Usually I go to the one in Fargo, but I had nothing but great food and service here! My only complaint is there isn't one closer to me.

Nothing beats this Pancheros location. No burrito place in town can beat this staff's great service and attention to making the best burritos I have had. Friendly service, fast burritos, and the best Queso in town. Heck yes! I hope you all enjoy the Prettiest Burrito of the Ball! ;)

HOLY SH*T... Awara, Awara, Awara is his name. You have an Awara in your business, in your life, you will sure be happy. Panchero you have me as a customer because of the EXCELLENT... Beyond excellent customer Service of Awara. This man should be a manager (if he is not yet) or in a leading role to mentor others. His innate and genuine love, positive energy for others shows in his customer service skills.
My mother who came all the way from Cote D'Ivoire for a visit was treated so politely and nicely by Awara, not to mention, the Burrito he made was simply AMAZING. THANK YOU Awara! Keep Shinning!

it was busy, but we got through the line quickly. Pretty good food, but the menu is kind of confusing and gives you an rushed feeling.

Yum! Nothing fancy, but service was good, restaurant was clean and comfortable, and food was so delicious. Similar to Qdoba in menu, but better! Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious... tortilla handmade and pressed in front of you, all ingredients added and missed some you watch. So, so good! I prefer it over Qdoba. I recommend it!

First off - LOVE this place.

I want to give my perspective of an incident before another customer in question calls or does anything.
This was Feb 5th around 6:45pm. Some guy wasn't happy about the liquid consistency of the queso. I was in line after him, they just brought the stuff out FRESH. So he didn't like how it looked - eat it or don't. Anyway, my Wife and I continue ordering and all of a sudden this guy is harassing the staff about...the QUESO. Looks like he ordered some for his chips, but then freaked out inappropriately.
To any franchise owner or manager - this staff, and the manager on duty, responded perfectly! They didn't lose their temper, like he did. And the manager defended his staff, the restaurant, and the brand from a guy who just wanted his money back, and to claim they weren't serving fresh ingredients.
I loved that, and I enjoyed my burrito!

Friday oct.1st went to Pancheros in Moorhead MN - one guy was running the whole place, he did an excellent job the place was busy - just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to him for being responsible and showing up for your shift i hope management rewards you! you deserve it! we need more people like you!

Workers could be a little more friendly but overall food is good and consistently good.

I freaking love it here!!! The people are so nice and hansome!!! They had a very very luscious voice that could put a crying baby to sleep!! They let me dumpster dive!!!❤❤❤ XOXO if y’all could leave your snap that would be awesome!! Thx love u

Love Pancheros! Fresh tortilla made, great meat options, great queso and they mix the ingredients! Like, that's really my favorite part. Yep it's all good.
