AT&T Store

Super friendly staff! They went above and beyond helping me through my replacement/upgrade process. Very supportive from start to finish and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Very pleased with my visit!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Greenfield AT&T store. I had a malfunctioning iPhone that was doing very strange things with texts and calls. The store employees and manager helped me patiently and thoroughly with persistent problem-solving until it was all fixed. They were personable and thorough and made several calls on my behalf to AT&T tech support and Apple to get all the pieces needed to solve the puzzle. I would go there any time. They also tried to find the best economical solutions for my needs.

I met with Nate today. He set up my new phone. He was welcoming and had a good sense of humor about my quirky old phone.

I was just going in to check to see if there are any deals for me being a loyal customer and getting their premium option for my 2 year old phone and the nice young lady there was very polite even though I went in 30 minutes of closing and she showed me all the trade in options.

Funny, I actually enjoy coming to this AT&T store because everyone is so kind, and helpful. Usually it’s just easy stuff like putting in a new SIM card or transferring cell phone matter. Today it was my mate’s dumb phone. I thought the battery was dead. But Ben, a new salesperson, was ever so good and patient as we waited for it to charge. And I saw another salesperson spending quite a bit of time with two elderly ladies. I love seeing this kind of respect for the customer. I highly recommend them!

The woman who helped me was so kind. She was new to the job but was already very knowledgeable and if she wasn't 100 percent sure about something she checked in with the manager who was also very very nice. They were able to get me a new phone and all the accessories I needed and made sure that everything was working before I left. I've never had such amazing customer service before!

Went in to get a sim card for my new phone and was helped by a lady named "Destiny" I believe. She was very friendly and was able to sort out an issue that came up with my AT&T account as well. Also she transferred over all my data and accounts to my new phone which I appreciated. There was another guy working there who was friendly also. Both had very good customer service and I will definitely be using this location in the future when I need a new phone.

The staff here were great, and helped me switched from Verizon to AT&T, transferring info from my old Samsung phone to my new one. Destiny was particularly helpful and patient.

Incredible team, especially the honest, patient, and endlessly helpful manager. Typing this on my $150 brand new iPhone 14 he helped me trade in for. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!

Karoline was very helpful and resolved the reason for my visit. I enjoyed the bubbly personality and how the transaction went. Karoline seemed like a pro until we got to talking, I found out that Karoline is new that absolutely blew my mind. Thank you for your hard work.I'll be back to work with you for my kids lines in the future.

Staff was amazing helpful and patient. They both took their time answering all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was a pleasure to work with the both of them.

Went in today to buy two new phones. Was helped by Jiro who was amazing! He helped me find a case for my new phone. Transferred the data from my husbands phone. He put on the screen protectors flawlessly. His manager Isaac continued his training, as he was helping us, without much interruption from our transaction. Great overall service as usual! I’ve bought several phones here and the service has always been great. It’s nice having access to a store that isn’t 35 minutes away. All the staff I’ve worked with have been great, ESPECIALLY Isaac. Isaac takes customer service to the next level, and I hope I always get him as a customer rep. He really makes the experience that much better.

Recently, I walked into the Greenfield store, for the first time. Isaac greeted me warmly, and the expert customer service I received from him was exceptional. Knowledgeable and an excellent "teacher", he patiently fielded questions I had about a phone. Isaac left me feeling that I could stop in to ask for his help, any time. Great experience! Isaac was very helpful in getting my fiancée and me set up. He explained everything we needed to know before we signed anything. He also made sure we got the best possible offers and discounts at the time.

Isaac, the assistant manager is amazing! He took the time to correct some issues on a device that seemed to baffle everyone on the phone assist. He made me feel welcome and fixed everything. Very professional and friendly!
