Honestly this place isn’t too bad just depends who’s working and the time of day for what kind of experience you’ll have.

Fast service very professional and helpful needed regular ground coffee and they went out back to get it. Very happy 😊

Croissants are really awesome... First time getting iced coffee there... Next time I will get two shots of cream instead of three... 3 makes it to creamy...

I just had the pleasure of Olivia waiting on me. She was so sweet and went above and beyond when making my little concoction. I know working with the public and being in customer service can be mentally and physically exhausting (especially these days) but it was so nice to see someone just happy and wanting to make sure I was happy as well. A smile and a simple, kind gesture can go a long way.

Have certain workers at Mohawk trail Duncan said I prefer over others Duncan said I prefer over others will not go to 378 Federal Street unless absolutely necessary they are rude as hell and I don't like them 😡
295 Federal Street used to be my go-to Dunkin but that is changed they have gone downhill but it also goes to who is on shift

Acouple of years ago I bought a plastic reusable mug as a way to save on litter, twice this week I spoke with the assistant manager, she agreed that since covid protocol has ended DD should go back to saving the planet

This place was very clean, employees were very nice, polite, the bathrooms were clean, coffees good they're very quick as for getting your order out, they work together as a team, we go down a couple times a month, and we stop in there, while waiting they are fine with a little conversation about weather or how are you doing today? Are you from the area? Nice Lil place to stop 😉,

Best DD around. Orders are alway FAST and CORRECT. Friendly staff as well. Always clean too. Whoever is managing this place knows how it's supposed to be done.

Amazing coffee! Got a medium french vanilla iced coffee w/ extra extra liquid sugar whipped cream and carmel drizzle! It was soooo good.. My girl got a watered down coffee, she had it remade by a grumpy teen chick and it was the same the second time also. That was the only negative in my book. But my coffee was the shizzznit, so I say the place is a go to for anyone that likes DUNKIESSS!

Every morning before school I always stop there and I get an avocado toast and then we get perfect

My experience has always been awesome they're very helpful especially when I can't decide and I take a while or discouraged and they make me always want to come back again

This Dunkin Donuts is probably one of the best I have been to. Fast friendly service. Always a fast moving line at this establishment.
