I had an incredible experience at Dollar Tree thanks to Bernice. She dropped everything to restock shelves and assist customers. Bernice's dedication and kindness made my shopping trip exceptional. She's a true asset to the store!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Dollar Tree, and I simply cannot contain my excitement to share my experience with an exceptional employee, Bernice. She truly went above and beyond to make my shopping trip an unforgettable one. From the moment I entered the store, I could sense an air of efficiency and enthusiasm, and it was all thanks to Bernice. Without hesitation, Bernice sprang into action, leaving her post. What followed was nothing short of extraordinary. Bernice disappeared into the back of the store. Minutes later, she emerged with a two cases of merchandise, ready to restock the shelves. I was amazed by her dedication and work ethic. Her patience and product knowledge were truly impressive, ensuring that everyone left the store with a smile. What sets Bernice apart is her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. This is one of my fav dollar store locations. They have great stuff n variety. And the workers here are nice, helpful n wonderful. I work nearby by and shop here instead of some locations nearby to me. 👍👍

My niece works there and her service is great and everyone loves her. The customers respect our service and she talks to each person to make sure they have what they need.

The manager was really friendly. As soon as the cashier was busy, she would wander through the store, talk to the shoppers, and assist them. Besides, I overheard. She made sure that all of her coworkers had their lunch and/or breaks before she did. She laughed and made jokes despite the busyness of the store. What you refer to as good customer service is that. Just to shop at particular store, I make an extra effort.

This place is actually clean its decent the other dollar trees are way more dirty but this one is pretty clean also love how the employees help even when not asked and don't judge people on what they get.

They let me use the bathroom before I shop my stuff that’s most important to me! Thanks dollar tree on Roosevelt and Ridgeland.

Manager was so friendly. She would walk through the store and talk to the customers and help the cashier as soon as she was busy. Also, I over heard. She
Made sure all her associates received there break and/or lunch before her. The store was real busy and she smiled and joked around. That's what you call good Customer Service. I go out of my way, just to shop at that store.

Seems like not too many people know about this location. I like walking in and getting everything I need and walking straight to the cashier and checking out. Other locations shelves aren’t always full and the check out lines aren half way down the isle to pay for everything. The staff is always nice and helpful. This is my hidden gem.

Nice spacious dollar tree, the staff here is really friendly. Makes you feel welcomed and looking forward to the next visit. I really enjoy how Teena makes my daughter feel special, even tho she's shy. People who can connect with the kids like this is what really helps a community connect with a shop.

Naomi is very helpful & professional!! We need more managers & employees as well just like her! Her store didn't have what i wanted in stock so she called 2 other stores for me. I did find what i was looking for thanks to her!

I went to this Dollar Tree Apr. 7th and had the best experience ever in any Dollar Tree all because of a cashier named Ebonie. (I made a special point to get her name). I was in a hurry. She was the only cashier working due to staff shortage. The shelves were rather bare and I couldn't find everything I needed. The checkout line was long and I was the last in line. I watched her make what should have been a frustrating experience, pleasant for each customer to spite their initial attitude. She was infectious. Ebonie was checking customers out with lightening speed while being cordial, smiley and jovial. Finally it was my turn and the line ended with me. I asked her about the final item on my list that I couldn't find and she went over and beyond to find the last bag they had in the store. Ebonie saved me from having to run around town because I needed that item that day and I had only 1 hour to get everything done to meet my deadline for the day. Ebonie was a life-saver. I have to take time to write about her because compliments are even more important than complaints. Well done Ebonie. Thank you for your high work ethics. You represented Dollar Tree like it was Neiman Marcus!!!!

Easy to see items well stocked selves, cashier said thank you have a nice day . Line moved quickly aisle were clean, floor was not cluttered.

Cheap(ish). Everything was a buck. Now it's a buck and a quarter. Inflation 🙁. I found craft stickers here that you would pay 5 or 6 bucks at Michaels. Here? A just over a buck. They have cheap greeting cards. I'm tired of paying more for birthday cards than the actual presents. Here? Just over a buck. What's not to like about Dollar tree? Nothing. This is my home away from home. Love it. But i hate inflation.

One of the better stocked DT's in the immediate area, especially compared against the one on Roosevelt in Forest Park and on Madison in Oak Park. This one stocks one my favorites items which is the Edwards frozen key lime and chocolate cream pies.

It was a good shopping experience. The store is nice and big with many aisles. The lounge wasn't too long. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Everything is cheap to buy, but I wish there were more dairy products in the refrigerator isle.

This is my favorite place, I can feel to buy and buy till I drop without making a hole in my pocket. And I get the most awesome things.LOVE THE DOLLAR TREE.
