I used to go snipes all the time at another location near my old job.

Came in to get my son a few pairs of shoes for school and outdoor activities.

The bonus was, me picking up a nice bulls hoodie that was on sale 😁

I love the location on 95th and Stoney. The staff is so helpful and friendly.

I like this place I usually always leave with a pair of shoes the workers are really nice and helpful I haven’t ran into any issues as far as customer service because I am HUGE on treating ppl good.

I shop at this location quite frequently and it is usually a very pleasurable experience to the point where I always allow them to upsell me and I do it with a smile on my face and my wallet ready to go. But today, my experience has made me feel like I may not come into this store ever again. Today, November 12th 2023 at 3:00 p.m. the three gentlemen that we're working in the store, an empty store did not greet us, did not ask us if there was anything that they could help us with, and when they did help us with the shoes it was like they did not wish to deal with customers. So, we gave them what they wanted and kindly took our money across the parking lot to DTLR. We pay for a product and customer service.

I have called multiple times at this location and they NEVERRRRRR answer the phone not once highly don’t recommend this location for business.

Called Saturday morning trying to ask about a shoe that just came out. woman answered the phone so nasty no hello, no good morning just in a very nasty tone “we ain’t got no retro 3s always poor customer service in black neighborhoods smh
