Not the best selection and stock of pack hair. Low quality brands and overpriced by a few dollars.

Highly disappointed that this is my go to store to find out their selling knock off products. Spent 25 bucks on hair braiding gel only to get home and find it's not even the right product. I've been using it for months now so I know they had to get it for dirt cheap knowing full well it wasn't the correct product. A waste of money now because they refuse to offer exchanges or refunds.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Awful customer service!!!🤬
I have been to this store on several occasions with no problem. Today I'm in there and I'm looking at hair while the guy is stocking hair. Now as I'm trying to look he has 2 carts there with packs of hair laying on the carts blocking my view. I say excuse me he moves one cart but not the other one so I move the cart. So he comes over and pushed the cart and starts back stocking the hair and stands right in front of the spot that the cart was moved from. I say excuse me he moves and as i start to look at the hair he says to me are you done yet, I have things to do. So I put the items down and left the establishment! I thought you want me to spend my money in here while you talk crazy to me because you should have tried to assist me but that wasn't his goal! I won't be back!!

Went there today after work purchased a pack of wig caps 2 packs of red pre stretched hair and a red curly wig get home and the wig isn’t in my damn bag !!!!!!!!

No refunds or exchange, they are very rude, and they follow black people around the store.
