It gets one star because you can't give 0 stars. This establishment has extremely poor customer service. The clerk wasn't rude yet said yes to one thing and no to something else. It was the same exact question both times. You can't have it both ways. I recommend going somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. I also recommend if you're going to demand one form of payment for one item and multiple forms of payments for other items you put up a sign on your establishment's door specifying that.
