Crosby's - Hamburg

Personnel are terrific and very cheerful. Pizza is AWESOME ! Hope you show area pizzarias how its SUPPOSED to be done !!!

Got mozzarella sticks and they weren't even warm nor cooked.
Next time I went in I was told that's the way they are it's hit or miss.
Maybe they shouldn't sell them then or warn people.
I also feel I should of at least gotten a half refund.
I want to make it clear I don't blame the workers as they are only doing what they been trained/ told to do by Corporate.

Was great station as a Mobil...not anymore. Now they switched pumps and fuel over to Crosby's from Mobil. Pump cuts off at $75 and removed detents from nozzles, will never get fuel from again. Have to hold nozzle and run card twice just to fill half tank, only be worse in winter when diesel pumps slow.

Since it changed to Crosby's from Mobil, it has gone down hill. Pumps are broken, can't use credit or debit cards, and they don't except the mobil points card anymore. I'd rather go to speedway from now on.

High prices and not alot to offer like other convenience stores in the area. Dunkin Donuts is also not that great at this location. Don't recommend this store when looking for lunch or dinner items. Not even enough new items in stock other than drinks.
