Excellent customer service at this location!! I went in with a concern that my cellphone may have been hacked when using public WiFi. Noah was incredibly responsive, quickly checked everything and fortunately assured me that my phone was safe. He then proceeded to download and show me several security apps that I could utilize to monitor any issues that may arise. Noah was very professional, knowledgeable and amazingly he actually remembered me from 18 months ago when he sold me my new cellphone! Thank you for all your assistance Noah!! I worked in the customer service business for 30 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Came to the store with an online order issue, and Jeff was wonderful in taking care of my issue. Came back the next day and he helped me upgrade 3 more phones. Top notch service and very knowledgeable all around. Thanks again!

This Verizon location is fantastic! Noah was exceptional! He was very personable, patient, transparent and thorough during our entire visit. He found multiple ways to save us money and stayed well past the close of the store to finish setting up our phones. I can't say enough about the customer service we received! I'm only going to this Verizon location from here on out.

Very friendly and helpful staff, got me on a new and better plan and upgraded my phone. I got a really good deal on the upgrade and got a watch at almost no extra cost.

I just stopped in today to get my phone working again. And the two gentlemen that help me. Jaden and Noah Saved my life! Our phones are our connection to the outside world. And when they stop working you can feel pretty helpless. These two guys were so patient with me I felt zero judgment. Verizon Albertville location is fantastic! Stopped in before close last night and staff member (sorry, can't remember name) was happy to answer questions about current promotions and provide an estimate for us. We were helped by his co-worker today and are very pleased with our experience. Jayden has the patience of a Saint! He assisted us with canceling a gizmo line, adding 2 new lines and a Samsung watch with 2 trade-ins. He explained our current plan benefits and helped us tweak them to save money! Total time in store was about an hour and that would have been a lot shorter if we could have remembered passwords 🙃 Great service, friendly and welcoming staff! Thank you very much!

I recently purchased a new phone from the Albertville, MN Verizon store and the service, specifically from Noah, was outstanding. My old phone 'touch' tech had been completely lost, and so transferring of data was a non-trivial effort, but Noah was very patient, professional and thorough in making sure we were able to make it happen, albeit in a non standard way.

Noah made our experience today a wonderful one. We went in to get a new phone and he helped us find the best phone fit, he got everything synched from the old phone to the new phone. He didn’t get frustrated, impatient, or annoyed. Even though we all know phone transfers can be filled with all of those.
He not only helped with a smile, he made us laugh and smile along with him.
