Caribou Coffee

Came in November 2nd, 2023 at 11:20am and the staff on shift were simply amazing. Had a great recommendation from the barista who process my order and the baristas who delivered my drink were and iconic duo with invigorating energy! Will definitely be coming back here again!

I love this caribou because they are so welcoming to me everyday , remember my order, and even bring out my order to me. I LOVE THEM! Shoutout to Megan, kilee and all the other staff, they all deserve a raise!

When I arrived they didn’t know why their system wouldn’t see my points available on my rewards account. They weren’t really sure and just stood there so I said I would use the restroom while they figured it out. I came out and they actually did figure out their mistake and got my points showing up in their system after they said I Just needed to redeem it on the app first. Impressed that they figured it out and were able to redeem my points in a professional manner

Drink was great the staff was very kind . Just wish that the pricing was just a little more affordable . Almost $8.00 for a cooler . Crazy . It has turned into a once in a while treat now for me . To bad cuz your coffee is amazing and Starbucks isn't even in the same league

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was off to a less than ideal start to the morning and the two ladies working behind the counter helped to turn that around, highly recommend this location!

I have been to this caribou drive thru twice while passing through town and both times the same woman has been working at the window and let me tell you, she is a real gem. She is so friendly and engaging! I would go there every day if I lived close by.

My go-to location for my morning coffee. The staff is always quick and friendly. My drinks have always been made correctly and served at the desired temperature.

Friendly service, great atmosphere, they are often busy, but they do a great job of hiring people that enjoy connecting with the customers and they do that well! They have great food and do a great job of making drinks consistently across multiple locations. All around, a very enjoyable experience!

I love this location. The staff is fabulous! The cafe is clean. The drinks and food always taste great whether I order inside or do drive thru. The cinnamon coffee cake is my favorite.

Quick stops here work well. Nice location right off of 94 is easy to get too and has a drive through to make those quick stops even faster. The courteous staff is very helpful and quick to get you anything you might need.

Well run location for this well established purveyor of coffee+. Very professional and friendly team members who were all very busy and focused on getting orders out.

Our favorite location. Great and friendly staff who recognize and know their regulars. They always get my drink right too.
If you like something sweet, try the hot white turtle mocha, it's my favorite.
