Shae and Kiera were absolutely wonderful and by far the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. These 2 are really friendly and put in the extra effort to accommodate my needs. Shae went through every angle to find what was the best deal for me and I walked away with a total that was less than what I expected… Wonderful job ladies!

Alexis and Kareem handled my situation expeditiously. They were very helpful and polite. And I left happy after a new yesterday and had to come back today! Thank you both for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated!

The representative that helped me was named Jordan Snow and he did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and most of all patient. Desmond is always a BIG help! Desmond helped us the earlier part of the year. Now we are back.🤩 Desmond help us upgrade our family cellphones and our plan. Desmond was very patient and knowledgeable while we decided on the best cellphone plan for our family. He explained the promotional plan to a T.
The location was very busy. Any customer that came in a team member greeted the customer and let them know their place in line for service. I really appreciate Desmond for his patience and professionalism.
