Very bad need to fix the machine of the credit card visa. They put it self to cashback of 50 is charge me for the fee of cashback when I dont want that. The lady said she can not do nothing. I said to her need to put a paper is not working the card. Need to put a paper only cash. Is not right because she said that's happent several time. Check your machine and fixed. Now for this place I think I'm not come back or just pay in cash.

Y’all dread is extremely rude…Doing the bare minimum. Watched the employee not issue the customer ahead of me a receipt and the old man stood there waiting… finally taking his own. Before he rang my item up I put the item and money on the counter. Under the guard… he put my change on the counter so close to him I could barely reach it

9am May 12, 2022- returned unused spray paint that was rusty with broken nozzle- purchased day before (May 11, 2022). Clerk required: original credit card (I gave it), my home telephone number, and my street address. She said the policy was to not accept returns without customer’s street address and home phone number.

I attempted to contact Family Dollar customer service on- line to inquire about policy. As of today, family dollar provides no contact information or numbers to inquiring customers.

They over charged, me ...and then the person who over charged me, couldn't of give me my money back, because the manager wasn't there ...and this is not the first time 😞😔😞😔
