Publix Super Market at Cross Country Plaza

It was amazing I paid for everything. I have a breathing problem. I finally made it to my car realized that I had an item that I had not paid for. I was getting ready to call the store for someone to come out and get the item but someone was helping another person so I asked her and she graciously Took my money, took the item to get paid for it brought my change back because I truly would not have been able to walk back in the store. I was simply amazed. The young lady was amazing. She didn’t hesitate and I am so grateful so thank you and I think the store for the employees that they have, I enjoyed shopping there

I love this Publix. There is plenty of self-checkout of which I am always a fan. There are not as many people trying to help me as the Bradley Park location. Thanks Brad I know where the cereal is and no I don't want you to take my one bag to my car. Jokes aside, everything is fresh, the store is well organized and staff was perfect (aka available and not overbearing).

this review is for the DELI! i came in this sunday morning around 10, i got a sub from the deli and the ladies were so incredibly sweet. they made my whole day. i regret not looking for their name tags but thank you sweet ladies for being kind.

Was out of town visiting family and stayed longer than we planned. The pharmacist on duty was super helpful. It was 12/31/23, Sunday, and she had to go the extra mile to contact my mail order pharmacy via my health insurance. She was very persistent and took care of my Prescription refills. 😄

The experience I had at a publix super market in Georgia was great. The women who bagged out groceries were very professional & kind. We need people who have a god heart & respects people especially customers.

This store is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The staff is super-friendly, and the vibe is always cool. The store is near other good stores, so it's a "win-win" every time.💯💯😉😃

Always, always,, always clean, stocked and friendly associates, the daily could use some extra hands especially during the holiday shopping season but everything else is great

It's a good supermarket, but I often shop there as a business expense, and they give you a 30" long receipt for five items because of all the marketing print. It makes it very difficult to submit these receipts for reimbursement.

Publix Sushi is the best! Wednesday 5$ is even better. Salads are amazing. Deli amd seafood section are my fave

Reminded me of home Publix closer to me is an awesome addition thanks for bringing that back into my life in Florida I used Publix quite often always got our family bday cakes there every birthday every year they have a unique way to make grocery shopping like the Chucky cheese for grown ups

I come here for both the pharmacy and the groceries. The people that work in the pharmacy are great, they get busy but are pretty good about getting you taken care of as quickly as possible. My shopping and checkout experience has always been pretty good, the lines more quickly at the registers and the staff that works around the rest of the store are all very helpful. Two thumbs up

In unfamiliar territory, this was a great store to just walk into. Very friendly staff, very clean store and even security was calm and friendly.

As always, the service is outstanding! The demands are great too, so at times, some products may be out of stock. They carry great products; some are a bit pricey and some are just right. Overall, shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Nice selection of fresh flowers as warm welcome including baby's breath. Found everything on a very random grocery list in no time. Spent a little more than I thought but that's on me as I went to bakery twice😉
