Holiday Inn Express Abrams Hall On Fort Benning

You been blow away by how good the customer service is? I cannot say enough about how the hotel staff here cares about their guests. The front desk goes above and beyond to get you comfortable in your stay.

As far as rooms go, top notch. The housekeepers provide exceptionally clean rooms and they're spacious. I've stayed in two different types of rooms and both great. Parking lot has enough spaces for everyone and it's close to lots of places to eat, you even have an exchange across the street.

The amenities are great. Gym, laundry, vending machines, even free bottles of water at the front. Irons are in the rooms and you have TV and free WiFi. Breakfast is always on point and easy to navigate.

This has been my stay for 3 years now and every year just gets better. Keep up the amazing work y'all!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and the shower was stocked with full-size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast left nothing to be desired! Very good breakfast choices. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a delightful experience here. The customer service and hospitality I received was better than any other IHG I have stayed at. The employees here made it such a great experience. Very grateful for all of the help I received throughout my stay! I would most definitely stay again.

I accidentally booked a room at another holiday inn express on victory drive. After my 14 hour trip from Germany with 4 bags of luggage I make it to the front desk to realize my mistake. It was past 6 pm and the other hotel didn’t allow me to cancel without being charged the first night. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK KAM & MINIAH WORKED RELENTLESSLY TO ENSURE I COULD CANCEL AND NOT BE CHARGED. They are amazing staff who will give it their best shot to move a mountain if asked. They saved me money, were extremely pleasant, and would not give up to give me the best experience possible. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Abrams Hall for everything you do for soldiers. Traveling is a pain and knowing someone here will fight for you to ensure you’re comfortable is making me choose Holiday Inn Express over other hotels every time. I will be sending all my family and friends to this location when we are visiting the Columbus area.

Also my room was spotless and tidy when I arrived.

I had a very pleasant stay here while attending training. The Staff were very help at all time's; a few name's I can recall are: Michelle and Khalil. If do come back, I will choose this place again.

Good on base hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was comfy, the gym was nice but lacked strength equipment, and the complimentary breakfast was good!

Great spot to stay when our family is visiting son for various ceremonies. Great breakfast spot eating with our troops and other countries finest too. Convenient location on base. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown Columbus too. Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

The whole staff is fantastic but a special shout out to Kam and Magdalene. They went above and beyond of what they should have. Great personality’s and made me feel welcomed from the beginning. Will definitely stay here again!

I will love to give special Thanks to Sarah when I was doing my research how to book this hotel she guided me explained about the hotel being inside the base. My niece is the very first Soldier in our family we r from Southern California had no idea how everything was going to turn out. We just wanted to be part of my Goddaughter Special day. I also want to give special Thanks to Ms. Angela from Reservation. She new exactly where to take us for both ceremonies for my niece. Because of Ms. Angela we made it on time. The receptionist ladies was great too. Also the Breakfast the very first time I went to Breakfast Samantha guided us helped us how to get 🥞 pancakes cool machine makes by itself the pancakes. I felt save and my kids to and nieces that's priority to me as a mom safe place. I totally recommended all families flying ✈ from different parts of the USA 🇺🇸 or Other Countries please book on time at Abram Hill Hôtel they are great especially if it's your very first Soldier graduation the shuttle bus from hotel will take u anywhere inside ft. Overall great customer service. They also do trivia night every Wednesday. Close to the movie theater and day care. Also if on tdy status this hotel do have location for gear wash. I thought this was pretty neat. Plenty of rooms, four to five laundry rooms on each floor.

The staff was awesome, especially Kam Maurice! Kam was extremely helpful and very nice! Room was clean. Our stay was wonderful!!

We came for my son's turning green ceremony and were very pleased with our stay at the Abrams Hall. Our room was extremely large, all that was promised was fulfilled, the continental breakfast is absolutely AMAZING, anything you need they either have or will direct you where to get it, I am pretty sure the rooms are sound proof, and the price is reasonable as well. I am so happy with this visit that I reserved a room for our sons next 2 graduations in June. Thank you sooooooo much to ALL the staff at Abrams Hall for all you do and have done to make this visit a breeze and so pleasant. To be perfectly honest, this whole base is remarkable, and I am so happy that we were able to spend so much time and have so much fun with my son. Again, THANK YOU!!!!

Been very happy with my stay here. Currently down for a 33 days course and this facility had been great. It’s clean, you have your own small kitchen, the people are nice and are helpful. I’m not sure what the whining over once a week cleaning is for, we’re all grown, you can keep up after yourself for at least a week… I’d hope. Thanks for the awesome stay.

The manage Kam was AMAZING! Best hotel experience I've ever had. Would love to visit again but my son has left Ft. Benning and begins his Journey in Washington. Love this hotel! If your waiting on housing or just come for a quick stay, this place is great! Wonderful staff, very pleasant, free breakfast is great plus they have some rooms with dishwasher, 2 burners, microwave, full fridge, provide all dishes and silverware, basket for laundry which by the way is free. This place is great! Shout out to Mrs. Alice at the front desk, luv her!

I loved my stay I was very anxious to be alone in a different state and without knowing a soul but my spouse and I didn't realize I'd arrive so early before my check out time. I expressed this to Ms. Asia and she was so overwhelmingly amazing sweet and helped me become comfortable and told me the next room available was mine. Someone who is manager for years knows how much wonderful customer service can change someones mood. I entered stress and having a panic attack but as I checked in I felt like I was at home. Thank you for everything.

The staff was great, always helpful. They were very quick to bring up extra blankets. The breakfast was great lots of choices. Very clean.

While the noise is still present, management called this morning and advised they have scheduled to have someone come out to resolve the issue. Sarah was extremely nice and understanding and went above and beyond to help me; confirming the staff here is excellent. This truly is one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in, and we would stay here again. The building is aesthetically pleasant and the location is wonderful. Thank you Abrams Hall.
