They have cute stuff for kids. However employee at the front was very unprofessional. I was with my 3 year old child & he still proceeded to hit on me & ask for my phone number - even after telling him I’m married lol.

I went to this store on January 4th with my friends because we saw that it had hello kitty. Now it is a cute store with all kinds of plushies and toys. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. The guy who was working that day kept following me and my friends everywhere we went in the store. Me and my friends would never steal anything, doesn’t even cross our minds. We’re not that kind of people. But the way that the worker wasn’t even trying to be subtle about just made us mad. We would go to one corner of the store to check what they had and he would follow us but stay on the other side and just stare at us.So we left the store and sat outside it to call my mom and tell her what had just happened. Now I had went in that store before with my mother and he didn’t stare at us so I believe it was because we were teens, but like I said before we would never do that.The worker decided that we were far enough from the store I guess that he had to come to the front and pretend to touch and smell the plushies. It was so uncomfortable for me and my friends because he wasn’t even hiding the fact that he was staring at us. Now I know that teenagers and AA get racially profiled almost everywhere and everyday but I never thought it would happen to me and my friends especially the age that were at. But yes definitely one star I wish I could do zero. It’s such a cute store hence the name but I had a horrible experience.

I recently had a disappointing encounter at this store where I felt racially profiled. The staff's behavior left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and create a more welcoming environment for everyone. My recent visit to this store was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The overall atmosphere was lacking, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my shopping experience. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve customer service and overall quality.

First and last time here. Bought an item here and found it at Echo for HALF THE PRICE. Went back to Cutie not even 15 minutes later to return the item and they said they don't do refunds, only exchanges, probably to rip people off like me who aren't aware that a few stores down you can get the same item for half the price. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here ever again!
