Apple could not help me with their own products, although I do applaud them for referring me to Taylor at Ifixandrepair who did not even charge me for removing my cracked military phone case. When I need tech repair while at the Wellington mall, I’ll go to Taylor first before I go to Apple.

Amazing customer service! I am so glad that I got my iPhone 13 pro max back glass fixed at this store . It took just hour and a half to get it back . At another place I was asked to wait one week . Now my phone looks like brand new . And also they gave me liquid screen protection as a present as it was my first time repairing something in their store . Also I was given 5$ discount for the next repair . The staff is so nice and they try to recommend you only the best things . Also I was given some useful tips how to take care of your phone . Thank you so much one more time . I definitely recommend it to everyone. Plus they have very cute cases and affordable prices!! 🧡🧡

Isaiah working, he was great! Super fast and simple. I asked him how much it was to clean out my charging port and microphone and he did it for free! Just asked me for a google review instead. It took just a few minutes. :)

Great place. 2nd time we go here and always receive a great service and problems fixed. They know their business. Very professional. We were having problems with our daughter's tablet for few months. We went to several places and nobody took the time or looked interested to fix it. Today they checked and 2 minutes after it was fixed. The person who helped us, and I'm sorry for not being able to get his name, was very nice and helpful... And, believe it or not, he did not wanted to charge us. Thank you very much.

Amazing how a quick visit to these guys can save you $300+. The knowledge and prompt service these guys provide is unmatched. As Apple products continue to increase and their hardware becomes more poorly constructed, these guys saved me from dropping $300+ for at least another year or two. I appreciate you!

Needed to have my iPhone back glass replaced…Tommy and Isaisas were courteous, knowledgeable and I felt confident leaving my phone with them.
They said the repair could take up to 3hrs or so but it was finished it just over an hour!! Great Job guys!! Phone looks and works great…I will recommend ifixandrepair in Wellington to anyone who needs repairs…

Came here after reading tons of great reviews and was NOT disappointed by any means. I had to get my iPhone 8 screen replaced and it only took 20-30 minutes max. Fidel was the one that took car of me and was extremely professional & courteous. 10/10 will definitely be back if I crack another screen!

Took awhile to get the part, but what can you do with supply chain issues these days. Once arrived, new screen was installed quickly and professionally.

Had a charging issue and called back immediately and was told to bring it in the next day. Problem was solved quickly as a connector was a little loose.

Some stores run from problems and say it's not their fault. iFixandRepair was always willing to make things right! Thanks a bunch!

I have been there three times for things I’ve needed fixed with apple products. Every time they were quick to help, very polite and friendly, and fair in price for their services. Today was no different and they got my wife’s iPhone up and running again. Highly recommended and will go back if needed.

After Apple was unable to fix my issue due to a warranty policy, I went to iFix. Not only were they able to salvage my data, but they also fixed my phone for a great deal and provided great service. Isaiah runs the store well and you can tell he cares about his customers. So glad I found them!

Terrance was amazing, he had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. I never even write reviews, but I couldn't resist. You have to come down there and see for yourself. This guy had many people in the store thanking him for previous services, and they come back to show their support. I'll be passing through to do the same. John was amazing replacing an iPhone screen for me. His prices are very reasonable and the service is very fast totally recommend him a 100%

I am a little shocked by the negative reviews. I am also not one just to hand out five stars. But the store manager at the Wellington location and Isaiah at the Walmart location exceed my expectations. When I arrived it turned from a screen repair to a full-blown discussion about the right case for my new phone! I mean, these guys see all types of damages done to phones, they are the experts. I was in and out in last then 15 minutes. The store manager was put of the graphite color case for my phone and suggested going to the Palm Beach Outlet Mall. I highly recommend them. Great job and keep up the great customer service!!!

Chris was so helpful with getting my iPad port repaired. My 2 year old broke my charger inside the charging port and everything was fixed in an efficient manner. Chris was so nice and knowledgeable
