Linda in the children's Dept is amazing! Our visit started out very negative. Two separate associates upstairs refused to help us with a simple return and made us go downstairs. Thank goodness we found Linda, she gave us a sincere greeting and she even apologized for her peers poor customer service behavior. Took care of our return quickly and efficiently. Because of her we decided to shop her area and make another purchase. Her performance is the reason I'm a platinum member. Thank her please

I bought two pairs of pants here on Friday, Dec 22, 2023. One pair was an off brand that was 20$, and the other was a pair of Levi's. The off brand had a lot of holes in them at the waistline that were on the table. I had managed to find a pair without a hole at the waistline. I put them on to wear for Christmas, and my fiance pointed out that there was a hole on the left leg so I had to wear my Levi's for Christmas and return the off brand with the hole back to Macy's and the cashier was so nice and helpful. That was my first time ever returning anything to Macy's.

I was impressed by the customer service in the fragrance department. Dora was very attentive, listen to what I was liking for and made sure I found my new statement fragrance. Love it!

Macy's has a great clearance sale ongoing. I hadn't been there in a while. Store is beautiful. I will be returning.

Friendly staff I enjoyed speaking with her she was going all out to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, trying to get my attention to more items end up spending 😊 😀 what I want. You can also go to Macy's bags and meet her beautiful lady .

I highly recommend checking out the beautiful dresses at Macy's. If your looking for a Christmas dress, outgoing look, or church outfit Macy's has a good variety of dresses. Here are a few pictures below.

Love this store and the associates in the fragrance department, I used to buy online because of the free stuff that comes with your purchases but in this store they take care of you trust me I'm always happy leaving there with my purchases samples etc 😁😁😁😁😁
