Walked in with a cracked IPhone screen. Quoted a better price than other places and phone repair in 30-40 minutes. Excellent, quick, on the spot service at a more decent price than competitors. IPhone is like new.

We're a website development and digital marketing company in Lemont, and have 8 Apple iMac and several iPhone and Android phones. For the past year, I Fix It in Homer Glen has been fixing and maintaining them all as soon as they're out of warranty. Just in the last two weeks they completely refurbished two 27" iMac that Apple wanted 😲 to fix. From screen replacement to memory upgrades we are never going back to Samsung or Apple.

I broke my phones screen , dropped on the cement while walking the dogs! Ouch. Called this place this morning and it’s all fixed! Took only 1/2 hour. Great service and such a nice gentleman that works there. I gave it 5 stars! Lowest price for a new screen also.

Heavily infected pc, unfortunately was scammed and hacked. They were able to get rid of all infections, update my pc and happy with the service. They also do screen replacement, pc upgrades and data backup.

Fixed water damage on the phone and did a great job very friendly

Brought in a tablet with a broken screen for replacement. We never got a call after it was fixed. When we picked it up the new screen edges were discolored and the touch only worked some of the time. Brought it back and they did a soft reset and said it was fine. It still has the same issues. Going to bring it elsewhere for another new screen.
Edited to add I had someone else fix my tablet and they found the tablets digitizer had glue all over it.. making it so the tablet couldn't tell if the screen was being touched. It had to be replaced

Came in with an S21 with a broken LCD. The gentleman on the phone first told me it was going to be $290 for parts and labor. I had agreed to pay that and everything was starting off ok. I then came to pick up the phone and was told it was going to be $350. I decided not to make a big deal about the extra 60 bucks. What did decide to make a big deal about was if the issue was to reoccur again that my screen would get replaced under warranty. They had told yes if the same exact issue was to reoccur again they would fix it no charge. 3 weeks later my screen decided to go out again. I had called the store and asked if they could still honor the deal the had originally proposed to me. I was told yes. I dropped off the phone on a Sunday afternoon just an hour later I get a call back from them saying "oh since we don't have the part in stock, we can't fix the issue, you can buy the part for $190 and we'll replace it again" I said no because thats not the deal you guys originally proposed. At this point id rather get my $350 back because I didn't pay that to have my phone only fixed for 3 weeks. Safe to say I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I brought an IPAD in for repair that was improperly diagnosed as a charging port. After a week I called to check and was told it was an IC chip. After disassembling the IPAD and keeping it for another week I was told that they could not fix the unit. I walked into the store and they were gluing the IPAD back together. Still not fixed I was informed that they were not going to charge me! What! This place just farms everything out. Stay away!
