AT&T Store

I'm so happy this store is under new management! We finally have someone we can trust and rely on at our local AT&T store! Jase is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He'll take care of all your needs!

Tasha is absolutely amazing. My husband had many issues with opening a new line, customer service over the phone was awful, Tasha was phenomenal at dealing with a bad situation.
There is no other AT&T store we will be going to.

Recently upgraded my iPhone and Tasha, who is the store manager, was #1! She navigated between myself and another customer who was upgrading and she handled it all perfectly. I would recommend this location any time because of Tasha.

Marbella helped me get my new upgrade the 14 pro max and I was so blessed to have found the last one thanks to her! She helped me and guided me through the process of turning in my old 11 for the new one and it was so easy and not much of a hassle compared to to other AT&T stores in the city they always give me a hard time. I appreciate the time and effort she put into me and would like her to be recognized officially by the company as a wonderful manager she is. I was recently in this store and the amount of time they take which each customer is amazing. The manager Nicole makes sure your getting the best deals, and she also remembers you, her personality rocks !!! I choose this store over any at&t store in my area and I'm in Tinley park !

I needed to change my service plan and phone to comply with a new auto insurance policy. This location is near my insurance agent.

Gicel was excellent taking care of me. She verified the needed insurance app loaded properly, patiently answered my questions, and efficiently processed all aspects of the sale. Overall excellent job.

Had broken my old phones screen pretty badly and it’s not a phone most companies carry (asus), replacement costs are pretty expensive, so I decided to upgrade instead.Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with a new activated phone. She offered to help transfer info as well, I declined as I know how to do it.

The staff and manager here are great. At one point in time with the old management I wouldn't go Nicole is honest and gets you one the right plan and knows what she's doing!!!

This store likes to go over your bill with you see where and if you can save , Nicole switched me to uverse where im saving 75$ a month. You never leave unsatisfied when going to this store!

Greta atmosphere, and great staff. They took care of me and even got my bill down a few bucks. 10/10 recommend

All the employees are all so patient with me, this is the only at&t store I will go to! Nicole helped me for over an hour ! There needs to be more emoployees like her !
