Allyson is wonderful! She works on our Samoyed (which is an extremely hard breed to groom) and she’s very patient and is careful not to burn Elsa’s skin. Elsa is very happy to see Allyson which is great!. And allyson cares the most about the dog before anything she puts your dogs needs and safety first. Thank you Allyson! And thank you to the staff who have also worked on my dog and always did great!

Very clean and beautiful bathing area! Us humans love the easy to use self use bathing area with high counters and blow dryers, however our doggo is not a fan 😅😅 we make for it though with a trip to their extensive treat selection after! All the employees are super nice and helpful and all say hello to my doggo which she appreciates as she thinks the world revolves around her. This is definitely our new pet supply shop of choice!

We love shopping our Homer Glen Pet store. Everyone is always so kind and friendly and willing to help find anything we need. The employees always are ready to help with a smile. Eileen was very helpful tonight.

I placed an online pickup order for some bird seed and millet yesterday. The order was ready right away. They even included an extra sample and sweet note! It was very convenient and easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful here too. I'm very grateful they opened up this location in Homer Glen.

Utilized the dog wash, 14.00, towels and shampoo included, also blowers for drying.

We love their grooming services, and they have successfully gotten my chihuahua to not growl when getting his nails clipper. It's amazing because the vet always needed to muzzle him, so they are truly dog whispers

I went to the Homer Glen location for the first time the other day; I have found my "go to" store for my three dogs! All the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; but I want to point out the associate there Eileen! She was the BEST! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was VIP! I walked in close to closing time and she didn't rush me and was super patient with my questions. They are super lucky to have her as an employee! I rarely do reviews but her customer service, patience, knowledge and personality need be recognized; she really deserves this review! Thank you Eileen for being so awesome!!

Our fave store! I have a little 7 lb morkie named Gucci. Gucci loves going to Pet Supplies Plus, especially seeing his new friend Eileen! Eileen is soooo friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable! She always has great recommendations on a variety of things from food to paw balm and so much more! Every recommendation Gucci loves and he’s super picky. We see her almost every time we are there. About a month ago ordered a bag of dog food online from store website. It was even on sale. Picked up within an hour and sales associate put in my car. Even got a Thank you note.
