I had an exceptional experience with this location. I’ve worked with at least 4 reps and so far all have been amazing.
Leili, Alla, & Felipe saved the day for me and I am so grateful. I am beyond thrilled that I finally left Verizon.
I’ve so far been able to save money, improve my phone service and I’ve purchased a new device amongst others things.

Today, representative Yi helped me and my family upgrade our phones and added phone lines for our family plan. She was incredibly patient and professional. Extremely knowledgeable. Keeping it very short but customer service was through the roof, was helped by Aala. She took our name down, waited no longer then 10 mins, started working on our plan, got an amazing deal, helped with accessories, and we were out. Made sure our plans were up to date and knew exactly what she was doing and how to answer all of our questions. Definitely coming back to this location.

I was completely devastated when I lost my iphone 12 pro max three days ago. I went to Stonestown yesterday and initially Johanna was terrific, but then Ryan helped me purchase the iphone 14 pro max and get everything set up!! He was amazingly helpful and patient!! I was so stressed re: the loss of my iPhone 12 but everything was resolved quickly and seamlessly and I was on my way in no time with a beautiful new phone and all my iCloud data. Thank you Ryan!!
