AT&T Store

I went today to get a new phone and Khalil, Scott and Danielle were amazing. Not only did they greet my aunt and I at the door, they continued to greet customers who would come in after us while they were helping us. They were also able to help me get a new phone and even got us to try the new wifi that AT&T offers! Amazing service by amazing employees! Will definitely come back in the future!

I rarely leave reviews because most of the time it doesn’t seem like the person earned it but I have to hand it to the guy named Scott that helped me make a very informed decision when picking a new phone. He made sure I knew the pros an cons vs what I need my phone to do. Definitely will recommend him to anyone I know needing help!
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I certainly would, fantastic experience.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Scott helped me get my Internet ordered and ready to be set up quickly and efficiently. He was very direct and to the point about services available, no nonsense.

Me and my wife came in the store today looking too upgrade our phones and thanks too Khalil and Danielle we walked out happy, they provided an excellent customer experience and left us with all questions answered. The store was clean, everyone seemed happy too help. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Scott got me on a business account so it's a tax write off. I didn't know that was a thing! Scott is great and very knowledgeable! Will be there soon. S24 Ultra is Amazing!

Always a good experience at this location. Danielle was very patient with my mother the other day during the hustle and bustle of christmas. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all her questions and make sure she was taken care of.
