Had a great experience in the Lexington store. Craig and i had a good conversation, he then went to the back and got 2 sizes of each boot i wanted to try on. Wasn't pushy with the sales pitch and answered all my questions (this is how you sell merchandise). I was in and out within 45 minutes wearing my new iron rangers. Although my wallet does feel alot lighter, im glad i bought in store because i ended up a full size down from my brannock size and getting the right fit is key when buying heritage style boots.

Very bad weather day, one salesman who took great care of all three - four of us inside. He was well versed and extremely cordial and answered all questions from me as well as other clients. Store very clean and organized.

They will point you in the right direction get you fitted and make sure your boot buying experience is the best you ever had! I highly recommend you stopping in checking out their selection just remember you get what you pay for....

Melissa helped me nab a fantastic pair of Style 875 Heritage Classic Moc's in Oro Leather. She gave me some tips on how to treat the leather, made sure I felt really comfortable in the boots before I left, and was overall a very helpful and chill person!
Best boots I've ever worn, very high quality leather, and I even got some leather laces that came with my purchase. The fit was perfect, albeit being a smidge uncomfortable at first, but they feel nicer the more you wear them. I usually wear a 9 in boots and 9.5 in canvas sneakers, but the 9 fit nice and snug for me. The Oro Leather is in my opinion the best color cause it works with nearly everything from smart casual to workwear.

If you're looking for a durable work boot, or even something more casual like the Heritage Mocs, Red Wing is the way to roll.

Quick and simple, came in needing boots for work, the employee was friendly and knowledgeable.

I stopped in with just 10 min left before they closed and was immediately greeted by Craig, the only visible associate.

After small dialogue, Craig had remembered me from conversation we had earlier in the day, and was very attentive and helpful throughout the process.

A lot of times the "last minute customers" are made to feel rushed given the store closing time, but, this wasn't the case.

Craig went above and beyond the expected interaction. I will choose to continue shopping here based on this experience and the other great experiences I've received from other associates at the same location.

Absolutely 100% the best work boots EVER!!! The staff at this store are WONDERFUL! Craig went above to make sure I walked out of the store with something that was going to work for me and that I love. He was true to his word. They have almost everything in stock. Well kept store workers were good! Prices are high but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend. Bought my first pair (for work) 2 months ago. No regrets! I'll be back to buy hiking boots!

This is the beat redwing store i have been in. The staff is really knowledgeable and eager to help. I bought a pair of boots that I couldn't wear for more than 2 days without developing a heel problem. They put me in another pair. Couldn't be happier!

Great selection of amazing boots. I've tried many brands, these just fit better. Customer service here is top notch! I went in once, just window shopping. Got talking about insoles. They fitted me for some. I thought wow these can't be that good. I was wrong. They totally changed how my old worn out boots felt.

Best made shoes/boots period, nobody does as good as red wing. There's a reason this footwear has been around so long. Also great store, friendly folks, and good service.

You get what you pay for definitely comes to play here. Best staff I’ve seen at a shoe store. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Spent over $200 on a pair of boots here over a year ago. Went today due to them leaking and seem torn. They replaced them on the spot and were happy to. Had all my information on computer didn’t even need my receipt. When I previously bought the boots they sized me up and showed me how the BOA system operated. Won’t buy boots from anywhere else

I had a wonderful experience buying here. Not only did I buy a set of boots, but I felt like I gained a friend. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. If you’re in the market for a new pair of boots, this is the place to go!

Stopped by to purchase a new pair of work boots and Monica was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was undecided so I left without buying anything. The next day I went back and Trace picked up where Monica left off. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I do wish they had more styles to choose from, but it is a small store. Also, Red Wings are supposed to be great boots but the prices are getting ridiculous. I guess I’ll find out if they are worth it.

The most thorough boot buying experience! They measure your feet and see where the pressure points are on their specialized machine. Not to mention Red Wing quality boots!

This place was awesome, customer service was off the chart. Had to get some boots for my new job. The clerk sized me up and showed me exactly which one would be the best based on my job. On my first day I was wearing the same pair as my boss and was complimented, not a bad way to start the new year.
