I had an outstanding experience at this AT&T store thanks to the exceptional service provided by employees James and managers Jeffrey and Jonathan. Their expertise, professionalism, and personable approach made my switch from Verizon to AT&T seamless. They took the time to thoroughly explain various plans and promotions, ensuring I made an informed decision. My husband had a issue with his watch and we had to go back a few times. James was great from the jump from ordering and trying to help us figure out what was wrong and answered any questions. Jeff the manager was trying to help us even on his days off and THANKFULLY between the both of them they figured it out! Thank you both for all your help!!

I went into the store at the Warwick mall today with my son to purchase an Apple Watch and Hunter was extremely helpful and friendly. Him and Jonathan took the time to explain everything and even reviewed my account and made some adjustments that were beneficial. I appreciated their patience. I will definitely be going back to the store. Keep up the good work, gentlemen and thank you Hunter for setting up our watches for us especially for me who is technologically challenged

Incredible experience! I came in, hesitant to change from a pixel with GoogleFi to an iPhone on att. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and patient, and really helped me find the best devices for me. Then James helped me set everything up so that I was completely ready to go when I left the store. He even put accessories on my phone and helped me learn to use my watch!

Excellent customer service they made the whole situation of getting a new number and activating a new line stress free. Had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager Jonathan and his new hire Yari, honestly best experience I've had in any store, very informative and honest about policies and procedures that best suit me as a customer personally and financially. I will definitely be going back to that location for any issues or problems in the future, and look forward to seeing them again😊

My iPhone was starting to malfunction. I didn’t really want one of the new iPhones. Emidio listened to all of my concerns and came up with iphone suggestions that met my needs. Emidio was exceptional, I highly recommend him!

Had issues at first,.ordered a new phone and had it delivered to the store and it was never delivered! Was a little bit of a waiting game but the manager Jonathan went above and beyond and got it resolved.. He even had the phone overnighted and then he set it up for me! I totally appreciate everything that he did.

We had the best experience with Emidio! He helped us get the right devices for us, gave us all the info we needed to make the best decisions, and didn’t try to upsell us on any needless upgrades or accessories. We were there for a while getting things switched over and he and the guys there were a lot of fun to hang out with. Great experience!
