I went shopping for a new wardrobe for a new job. I have to commend Khristina, sales clerk, Ava. Manager, and Jeffrey. Store Manager, for assisting me with a slight glitch with my coupon. I ended up saving 50% on my entire purchase. The quality and value are wonderful, as well as the customer service!

It's old school and friendly. They sell almost everything and always have some kind of sale or discount going on. They redecorate/organized the place but the store associates saw me and jump to help me right away. Plus when I was being checked put they told me how I could get a bigger discount no strings attached. I left satisfied and happy. Great job great store. I am curious why they stop selling candy🤔

My son is starting College. We got him a nice wool-like sport coat that will dress up jeans and better, a Sports Illustrated track suit suitable for campus days or the Dunkin Donuts on Atwood Ave in Johnston, and, we also got a good pair of shorts, and a classic blue stripe Oxford shirt.. $203. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and the store looked great.

I was happy they contacted to see if I could do an earlier appt. Stylist listened to my needs on everyday wear and made smart recommendations without being pushing or judgemental.

Fantastic optical department! Helpful staff went over and above to help with my vision needs. I would recommend them again and again. LOVE my new glasses, and rocked 2 pairs with their $99 deal! The glasses were better quality than VisionWorks, who charged me much, much more. They are the best!

I like this JCPenney a lot, especially after I haven’t been in approximately 2 years (yay ‘Rona), and it seems—like many department store companies—as though they have lightened the sheer amount of items they choose to carry in-store. It’s cleaner. It’s more spacious and easy to navigate. None of the walks and display tables are covered in excess clothing. Maybe I’m just late in the season and it just looks thinner. Who can say.

The Sephora is smaller than I remember. If you’re looking for a larger Sephora in southern RI, I would choose Westerly or Newport. This one does have a huge jewelry counter, however.

I found a lovely shoulder wrap to wear to a wedding on complete accident. It wasn’t on the right rack but that’s what made it an easy find. Fantastic. Their formal wear section is huge. Checkout staff was very friendly! Didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Was able to use my mobile payments easily. Thanks JCPenney.

Rosa is amazing! She is extremely talented, with both color and cut. But more importantly, she is attentive and a great listener, always making sure she gives you EXACTLY what you want! I receive so many compliments on my hair each time she does it! I highly recommend her!!

I visited Erica at the JCPenney salon. She is amazing. Erica is such a professional and she did an amazing job on my hair. A great Master of her trade. I am so glad I found her because she knows how to take care of natural hair.
