I recently purchased a condominium and had decided I wanted vinyl sheet flooring installed throughout the condo. I went to Lowe's and spoke with Mike Brunner the flooring specialist in the flooring department at the Quaker Lane Lowe's. I went back and forth to him several times with questions before I finally selected what I wanted and made the arrangements with him for the install. Like any big project there are often kinks in the road and there were. Mark came to the rescue and everything went smoothly with his expertise. He is a wonderful coordinator, extremely professional, and extremely courteous. Lowe's has found themselves an exemplary employee. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him with any questions I have about flooring. He came through and so did the flooring installers. I couldn't be happier. My friend and I stopped in today to look at outdoor fans. We found a great one on clearance. Unfortunately they were out of stock but Tom was able to take the display down (the only one left) and sold it to us. He not only offered to do that but got us a manual and explained the process of how to put it up. To say this was amazing would be an understatement. Tom showed the highest customer service I have ever seen and he should be recognized for doing so. Thank you so much Tom and we will be back to shop with you again! =)

Greeter at the door when we arrived was super nice and very helpful. She knew right where to find everything we needed. She was also very friendly and polite as were the cashiers on the way out

Ok… I like this Lowes. I used to work here back when they first opened. It is a very convenient location. They have a great selection of products. Hey, it’s Lowes👍

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a product to strip antique hardwood floors that wouldn't damage the boards. They didn't have what I needed, but two salesmen assisted me, and they were extremely helpful. They thoroughly searched the store and even looked up products online to help me find what I needed.

Geo (Geovanni) was extremely helpful for helping get my online purchase from inside. He was apologetic for no reason and offered me help without even asking!! Great kid! Thanks for great experience!

This Lowe’s, which is clean, spacious, and has friendly employees, actually used to be Warwick Musical Theatre.

Buster Bonoff opened the theater in 1955 on an open field. Initially, it hosted touring Broadway shows but, by the 1970s, "big-name" entertainers became its standard offering.

In 1967, the original tent was replaced with a 3,300-seat theater in the round that used a building from the 1964 New York World's Fair. It also hosted yearly summer shows by World Wrestling Entertainment until 1999.

The theater faced increasing competition from larger venues and the Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos in Connecticut, and it hosted a farewell season in 1999, ending its 54th season with a concert by Vince Gill.

Buster and Barbara Bonoff did not live long after the theater closed. Buster died in 2000 and Barbara in 2003.

The Warwick Musical Theatre was torn down in June 2002.

Since its demise, the theater has been honored by a pair of Rhode Island artists. Frank Galasso included it in his lithographs Remember When... and Icons of Rhode Island Past and present. Duke Marcoccio made a commemorative ornament as a part of his series of "My Little Town" Rhode Island landmarks.

This is my favorite store. Good people. I never return things. Bought something and had to return it. Talked to manager because I question the issue with it. Her and the supervisor assisted me and helped me solve the problem.just a misunderstanding . They are great !

I've been to this store more than 20 times over the past two years - for plumbing, electrical and yard care things both large and small. I have found the customer care to be simply outstanding in every respect - so much so that I even once asked to speak to the store manager to tell her that I am a very satisfied regular customer.

Had couple of projects , recently I did cement job at home ,Lowe's worker were great never even had to touch a bag of cement till I got home ,they were courteous, and loaded everything on truck ,thank you guys

It's everything you'd expect from a Lowe's! Come on, you've been to a Lowe's before. This one is no different from any others. Amazing selection of everything you could ever need if you are a contractor, own a home, or need to fix something.

I picked up a tub and tile using the curbside pick up option and I was very impressed with how patient, kind and attentive the staff were. Thank you to the assistant manager Sal, Michelle L., Joe L. and Jim who helped make my experience at the Quaker Lane Warwick store enjoyable.

I went there looking for some premixed joint compound with sand. They don't sell it anymore. But the staff were more than willing to spend the time looking for the compound as well as trying to find alternatives. Home Depot doesn't carry the premixed joint compound with sand, either. So, don't go there either. LOL.

Thanks to Bill (Lowe’s employee) and Lowe’s, my faith in the Craftsman tool exchange program has been restored. Thank you very much. Unlike Ace Hardware store which have stopped replacing tools unless they have an identical match. Good luck to those who own tools older than two years

TOM the manager in Plumbing was a huge help! Took his time to ensure we were comfortable with our product. JADE @ customer service went above and beyond! Highly recommend this Lowe's in particular.

As a new homeowner, I have been in multiple times over the past couple of months. Every time I go, I seek out Dennis. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly listened to my needs and concerns. He goes above and beyond to help his customers and great service like this needs to be recognized!
