If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best place for you to have your computer fixed. I had a one-year old Dell that gave me nothing but problems from the day I got out of the box. Took it to John at Hanover Computers and he could not fix it as it had a bad hard drive, so he built me a new computer from scratch that works like a charm now. John is patient, will listen to all of your concerns, and address them too. It took me years to find such quality service here in the Richmond area. Thank goodness for Google, which was what made me go there in the first place. The work was fast, reasonably priced and done perfectly. I could not be more pleased. I do recommend John, and will from now on!!! Thank you again. And by the way, Hanover County uses his services, so if you have any doubts, don't. The County would not be going there, if he was not the BEST.

John is incredible! We dropped my son's computer off at 12:30 and it was ready the next morning! He is so kind, communicative, and his work is very reasonably priced. My son's motherboard was fried and it would have cost us so much more time and money to do it ourselves. We can't thank you enough!

I'm glad there's a place like this in the area! I was able to get the parts I needed for a computer upgrade that I wasn't able to get anywhere else, and now I got my computer running just the way I was hoping. Excellent service and very knowledgeable, I will be back here soon!

Dropped my broken laptop off with John over the weekend, expecting the worst. I have a ton of photos of my dog who just recently passed away on it and I was afraid I’d lose all of them. I didn’t tell him that. John was so kind and genuinely looked for the best possible way to fix it without gauging the prices or recommending unnecessary fixes, without knowing exactly how important it was for me to get it back. He was such a kind person and I highly recommend him for any repairs. I can’t thank him enough.
Also, his collection of comics is pretty incredible and worth looking in on even if you’re not looking for repairs.

John from Hanover Computers is very attentive and helpful. I needed my phone and laptop scanned and updated. He came to my home and worked quickly! Thank you!
