AT&T Store

We go to this AT&T always! Great workers and very helpful. Took my son in for a new phone. “He did not want to come with me because he said it always takes so long” I told him oh no not at this AT&T. Again Mom was right we were in and out of the store in no time. And my so has his new phone !

Larry and Mohammed @the Frankford Ave AT&T store absolutely saved the day!! I had visited another store first actually the Grant Ave store to transfer from Verizon to AT&T …BIG MISTAKE should have STARTED at the Frankford Ave store because the associate at Grant Ave gave me false information and I was ready to just return the phone and stay with Verizon ..but decided to stop by the 8920 Frankford Ave store to see if possibly they could help and Larry and Mohammed absolutely did not disappoint!!! My sister and I entered and were greeted IMMEDIATELY by these two gentlemen then after I explained what I needed they responded with “no problem we can definitely do this “ and in FIVE minutes had me up and running WITH MY NUMBER PORTED OVER ( the Grant Ave associate said this “was not possible” and made me get a new number ,which was so stressful bc I’ve had the same phone number for 10 yrs imagine a decade worth of business contacts, friends and accounts needing to be contacted about a number change YIKES )and I did not understand bc i own my phone and it’s not locked etc …none the less Larry and Mohammed were super nice ,very professional AND extremely knowledgeable and informative of different services offered and policies and when I said 5 min I am so serious!!! In 5 min my old number was ported over to the new phone and all of my anxiety literally vanished so fast I actually cried bc I was so relieved and grateful and I really felt that the other store associate wasn’t listening to me and just wanted to get a sale and then leave for the day without really trying. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and if you need ANYTHING from AT&T GO TO THIS STORE and see Larry or Mohammed they will not disappoint and they both are super nice and do their jobs FAST!!! I will not go anywhere but this store !!!

Went to this store on Frankford Ave with my mom as both of us needed upgrades. We went to other AT&Ts in the past but were always left frustrated with add-ons added to our phones we said no to, trying to be up sold the whole time, and much more. This store is the best AT&T store we've been to. We worked with Larry who was afficient, organized, respected our decisions(didn't sneakily add anything onto our plans to make more commission like we've experienced in the past), and made the process completely painless. To upgrade two phones on two separate accounts and all my moms questions, we were in and out in 35mins. Highly recommend this store and if Larry is there, definitely work with him! This will be our new home store for the forceable future. Thank you!

My experience was fantastic here. Saran not only saved me $80 while I upgraded from the iPhone 11 to the 12 pro while utilizing promotions and AT&T knowledge that he had but he also was friendly and made me feel welcome. All the staff I interacted with did. Great place if you need to go to AT&T

A T & T service is first class. Needed 3 phones after T-Mobile refused to help us out. Been with them forever. Not bothered at all that I was closing my account.

Andres was excellent. He helped me import my old number to this phone and went through all the hassle of my old carrier. He stayed upbeat and professional the whole time. He kept going when I was even ready to throw my hands in the air and give up.

I went today thinking I was ready for an upgrade. Saran spent literally the entire afternoon helping me, guiding me through 3 different options and thoroughly explaining each one. He was excellent! Super patient and did not make me feel rushed even though I know I was probably on his nerves. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and beautiful new location.

If you live in the Philadelphia area and an AT&T wireless customer and you decide to upgrade your phone go to this AT&T store located at 8950 FRANKFORD Avenue, Philadelphia PA.

I wanted to upgrade my Apple iPhone. I called stores all around the area and they did not have the IPhone 12. They did. I was serviced immediately. 1 minute. They made sure I chose the right phone. They made me aware of the discounts on my service I wasn’t getting and they ended up saving me $24.00 a month with the upgrade. They transferred all of my data, installed all of the accessories. They made sure I understood all elements of the upgrade and cost. They were patient. Best service of any kind ever. I walked out that store completely whole.

Store was great!! Saran and Ben immediately were able to answer my questions and help me out, ended up saving me over $90 a month on my bill when customer service told me they could save me $20! Ended up switching my Direct TV to AT&T TV which saved me even more! Thanks for the service guys!
